Hi Sir, I request you to upload one of the most confusing concept in Newton's law of motion which is the combination of Friction force, two block problem. In this problem, the two blocks are kept one after another. We take various cases, where in one case where a block in contact with the floor is frictionless and block above that contains a friction. In second case, we consider the block below and above contains friction. In the question can be anything ranging from finding the acceleration of block to finding what is the friction force on block.
Law of Inertia states that when a object is moving at a uniform velocity, the net force acting on it is zero. Does it mean that when i am driving my bike with a constant velocity, net force acting on it is zero, How is it moving if there is no force acting on it? To move a object we need force. Extremely confused Mr.P , need your help :D
What about a golf ball in space? If an astronaut throw a golf ball( or a dice)in space, did it stops floating? Or it will cruise forever/ perpetually? You are applying the force by yourself & law of inertia states that the net *external* force is zero. It doesn't talk about the internal force.
