Yesterday I felt suddenly exhausted. I recognized the signs and lay down for a nap. I asked John to wake me at 3:30. I woke up at 8am...the next day. Chronic fatigue can and will strike with or without warning. Listen to your body, do what it says. Rest, eat well and don't stress over things you can not change. God bless each of you. Sweetest dreams. I sincerely love all of you.

Nature is our mother, our medicine. I go out to my friends the trees every day, whether it be in my mind or during the actual day. Trees will never judge you for your clothes, lack or friends, low self worth, past mistakes, etc. Sometimes, the most sane conversation comes from sitting with the trees, observing nature. If you pay close attention to the birds, they fly through the woods, no time to focus on heartbreak or lack. They know how to live in the present moment and just be. 💛 nature has helped me to save my life many times. Now as a mother myself, I pass these indigenous wisdoms onto my kids as well, they love the earth as they love themselves, they love life. Grandmother earth is borrowed from our future. Learn to love her back. May you walk in sunshine my friend. Sometimes a breakdown is simply paving the way from what no longer serves you. Love 💛

Fascinating. I have never heard birds sound like this. It’s like they are all singing upside down and backwards from what I am used to in the southwest US. I love it.
They don't have birds on the Islands. Only the white sea guales. because the birds you are hearing can't make the long trip across the ocean.

I wonder how much of this is still around after the recent wildfires. Seeing all this beauty and knowing that at least some of it is possibly gone is sad because it really is peaceful and beautiful to watch.

I used to live in Hawaii. Both sides of the Big Island - so different they are like two separate islands. This looks like the thick jungle of the east/wet side of the island. This is nice. We see clear paths to walk on. Cause, ya' know... untended the jungle is thick. Filled in from top to bottom with GREEN. Amazing. Good to know it's still there.
I didn't know it before, but the sound of birds is so beautiful these days 🥰 I can't believe that little birds can sing such beautiful songs. God who created all of these must be a man of great ability and love.

Maybe getting older is a good thing. Because the older one gets, the more memories one has. And then, at some point when the owner dies, the memories will mix into the air, melt into the rain, seep into the ground, and continue to exist. They will drift to many other places, and maybe, also try to sneak into other people's hearts. Sometimes, there are places that we just go to for the first time but somehow feel very familiar, maybe it is the memory of an old person who is teasing us.
