Hejsan! You have the connecting plates upside-down. They should be oriented with the bump facing downward toward the electrical compartment. The little bump makes room for the O-rings above. There should be a solid connection between these plates and the metal panel above. So that the heating elements don’t wobble.

Europe uses ~230V (single phase to earth) which yields to ~400V 3-phase power voltage (phase to phase).
