    John Rutter, English composer and conductor, is associated with choral music throughout the world. His recordings with the Cambridge Singers (the professional chamber choir he set up in 1983) have reached a wide global audience, many of them featuring his own music in definitive versions. Among John’s best-known choral works are Gloria, Requiem, Magnificat, Mass of the Children, and Visions, together with many church anthems, choral songs and Christmas carols.

    Rutter is really brilliant! My choir sang "Candlelight Carol" during one of our last performances using a new arrangment. Write this in the search: you will love it for sure!

    besides any lyrics - man's minimum to speak in. But music. One measure can speak so very much. This be the 1st Movement - oh wow much more such beautiful sound then to be. LIFE indeed. GOD painted the skies and put song there on day five. The flute speaks many harmonies and refrains in your song.... and the shy obo draws even the shiest clam out of its shell....

    Rutter skips the somber tones that often mask the joy and ebullience of praising the Lord.
