    I know I say this every time, but I feel like I learn so much in these videos Just watching the technical and smooth transitions, positions, and the submission choices. Especially from a defensive and counter standpoint. I used to be like “you can’t get decent from only watching UA-cam videos,” but now I’m like “I’m definitely getting better watching this channels videos” hail the B team!

      @@770MASTER absolutely. Ii definitely have appreciated seeing the variety of ways in which the solution develops while watching these videos. We all tend to have our go to methods, but being able to have a variety and seeing the opportunities for them has almost been like
      An “ahhhhh *exhale” as I see possibilities and variety as opposed to the “of it gets to this point you are sol” watching these videos gives me comfort again in the limitedness possibilities of grappling.

      I agree. sometimes you see a move in a rolling video and you feel like you can pull it off, and you do pull it off repeatedly, and sometimes you pay $250 for a gordon ryan mount escape series and you end up with no real improvement to your game.

    This video should be titled “Craig Jones let’s Jason Nolf out of several submissions”

    • @schenksteven1
      @schenksteven1 2 роки тому +15

      HAHAHAHAHAHA!!! It could just as easily be titled, "Jason Nolf lets Craig Jones out of several pinning combinations!" The video is unfortunately titled... clearly they are not wreslting (ie using a wrestling rule set) but rather rolling/grappling (using a BJJ rule set). Even more clearly, they are not competing, but having fun.

      It is training. In that you put yourself in positions to learn how to fight in those positions. If you only do what you are good at you do not improve. PSU wrestling philosophy 101.

      Adam is amazing with the butterfly guard, but Craig polished it enough from learned with Danaher. I would say Danaher knows it more and teaches it better than Adam.
