Sir I have a question would be highly appreciated if you answer does a fresh second year graduate with a result of 95 percent in matric and 90 percent in fsc have a less chance of being selected in nop scholarship than a first year student thanks .
Selection for NOP is decided by the NOP admission office and they better know what parameters are important while making the selection decision. However, apparently there is no such difference in criteria for student from any study year. The main thing they consider is the actual financial needs of the applicant and the merit.

For getting admission in LUMS, one needs to have good score in SAT. So in any case, you should do good preparation. And for the mathematics part in SAT, I think some tutoring and a lot of practice would help.
