Rolling the windows down increases drag and slows the car down as well using more fuel so unless you're just gonna roll around in the heat with windows up and ac off it doesn't make much difference..
@@liveinlovealways Wrong. The a/c runs off the serpentine belt, LIKE an alternator does. The alternator provides 12v power to the car, yes, but it doesn't "run" the a/c. All Shaq was trying to do is explain a payment plan instead of a pay in full purchase but he couldn't explain it and the other guys couldn't understand what he couldn't explain.
I never let my tank go below half a tank so I get Shaq's point... he's just explaining it wrong... if you fill up when it gets to half a tank, you'll never have to spend the 80 in one shot. Kenny is also right, you'll still have to spend that same 80 bucks whether you stop for gas once or 3-4 times because you're still burning the same amount of gas per miles that you drive. YES, the car will burn fuel more efficiently when over half a tank... but not to the point that you would actually notice the difference as you would from buying 87 compared to high test 93. The difference with over half a tank is unnoticeable bc you're still going to burn that same gallon per so many miles.
The funny thing is that Shaq's method is literally the worst thing you can do if you wanna be saving gas money. Bc you're always carrying more weight in the car bc of the extra gas, so it takes more gas to move you the same amount compared to an almost empty tank.

But spending $20 for a half tank equates to paying for a full tank every 2 fill ups... Shaq's advice is basically telling yourself "its ok, I only pay $20 for gas every time im at the pump" whilst ignoring the total you spent the whole month
Yes but it's a cash flow issue. It all depends how you get paid weekly biweekly monthly.
@@DarkLordJmac unless you're paid less than $12 an hour, i doubt thats much a concern, let alone these guys who are very wealthy, Shaq especially with a 400 million dollar net worth
@@DarkLordJmac i guess its more about how often you use your car and or how many miles a week you drive
Maturity is realizing shaq is right the whole time 😂
Kenny definitely not getting that car now gas went up 😂 we know he cheap he’ll buy some posters though
The original question was that a full tank was $80...Shaq is saying you don't have to drop all the way to empty to drop another $80, instead fill it then when it's half, then drop a $20 not $80. You'll end up spending the same, but at least the stretches how much you need to drop every time you go get gas.
shaq is wrong you stop for gas more often ,waste time.
@@piotrswat169 there is no wrong or right on how someone wants to use his money on his gas for his car.
@@Hiphippohip waste is a waste I know it’s a hard concept to grasp.
@@piotrswat169 obv the 1$ extra gas and the 10 minutes extra time is a lot for you. Cry about it
@@Hiphippohip Multiply by 4 for the week (40 mins) x 52 weeks a year (2080 mins), which comes to about a day and a half. Congratulations, you just wasted about a day and a half this year, you buffoon!
At this point he can't say he was wrong 😂
Shaq and this gas argument yet again 😂
If it wasn’t for gas prices right now, I would like Shaq and the whole tnt squad doing a segment proving it once and for all!
Shaq uses an advanced algorithm...
Shaq is the ultimate proof, that you don't need to be smart in order to be rich!
Right, you just have to be 7 feet tall and a NBA Hall of famer..
All of Hollywood is proof of that
@@bmwbmw8466 Or just be the kid of someone famous
Shaqs a used car salesman!!
Math ain't adding up right but gets you to sign anyway 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣
Shaq is def one of the greatest humans ever
if you're driving for donuts, you pump half so you can use the extra cushion for donuts. 5000 IQ Shaq I gotchu
Ernie: How long have we been going over this?
Shaq: Cuz y’all not LISTENIN’!!!!
Lol
🤣🤣🤣
Ernie tried to be slick with the racist undertones and shaq checked him on that! I love it.
@@sac1211 bro y u on every comment hating 🤣🤣🤣 like bruh Ernie wasn't being racist or trying to be so stop reaching and go play Fortnite
I love that Shaq still thinks he’s right lol. Ernie is too through with this conversation.
Shaq is right just search it, full tanks make u waste money
He isnt arguing about the miles he is talking about fuel efficiency
You always buy gas in full tanks as it's going down. You buy in quarter tanks as it's going up. I figure everyone knows this
Perhaps the most relevant discussion about our gas prices. Hahaha
“are you listening to me, Earnie?”
“..yeeah”
*production laughs* 😂
Well……considering how high gas is now….this might be a valid conversation now
I honestly agree with this lol
Shaqs gas gauges are always uncalibrated or something
1:35 "but listen to what I'm saying..."
My man Shaq has degrees from Institutions of Higher Learning and he's is obviously a very clever person...is he using this gas while driving us through troll town?
All Shaq was trying to do is explain a payment plan instead of a pay in full purchase but he couldn't explain it and the other guys couldn't understand what he couldn't explain.
It really depends how far you need to travel wherever u need to go
But I’m sure u won’t be getting gas JUST ONCE in a week
The more gas in your tank the less gas you waste
That's That Shaq Maths 😂
Ernie getting annoyed makes it 1000x funnier than it should be
I never let my tank go below half a tank so I get Shaq's point... he's just explaining it wrong... if you fill up when it gets to half a tank, you'll never have to spend the 80 in one shot.
They actually aren’t getting him lol, all he’s saying is you don’t have to spend $80 in one trip so it “feels” like you spend less
"Don't play me" LOL
That math ain’t right 😂 $80 for a full tank and $20 for half tank
The funny thing is that Shaq's method is literally the worst thing you can do if you wanna be saving gas money. Bc you're always carrying more weight in the car bc of the extra gas, so it takes more gas to move you the same amount compared to an almost empty tank.
Your argument is worse than his 😂
These guys are just great together man lol
who is here after watching last week tonight with john oliver? haha
