This episode reminded me of when he spoke with Steve Weatherford except now you can really see how the rebranding of the podcast from the Bare Performance Podcast to the Nick Bare Podcast had a great influence as to how this episode was able to be conducted. He is speaking with more clarity and honesty and I’m here for it. Thankful to be benefiting more from the shift since then!

So so good!!! I’ve worked with Iris and with Heidi in Mozambique and been following Nick as I build my fitness and to see the two sides come together and talk. So much goodness!
Lyle Phillips is exactly where I'm at. 4:50 @ Houston and now I'm going back for "redemption". I also bonked @ 18 and had to walk run the last 8. I would love to hit 4:20, but I I just want to run the entire thing. I'm also 40. This guy is relatable.
@nickbare I mean this sincerely. You seem like a logical person. I really think you should look into Islam. Christianity stand on contradictions . The book isn’t preserved . It’s written by people who weren’t even with Jesus . Paul never met Jesus. Just give it a chance and look into it. GO ONE MORE
Acts 9 - Saul meets Jesus resurrected Acts 13 - It is referenced that Saul is named Paul as he is now filled with the spirit. This isn’t the first time that there was a name change. Example: Simon = Peter
