Thanks for reviewing this bag, because as you pointed out there are not a lot of reviews on this newer model. If I can make a suggestion, in future bag reviews it would be very helpful for you to go more into detail on the feel and comfort of the back panel, especially in the use cases you described, like riding around on a bike or going to a business meeting with professional clothing on.
The handle is weird and on very bad spot (i can confirm after using it for a while). The reason maybe the stripped fabric on the top with a very very thin material wich couldn't support it... i put a light on in the admin compartement to reveal it. When this bag is full, the back take a round form.. it's not a real airscape. Honestly, if i had to choose again, i'll take the previous version for sure. sorry for my english, i'm french. thanks for your review.
Maybe the the position of the handle is for slipping over a luggage bag handle? Thanks for the comments, I've been considering and was wondering how annoying the position of the handle would be.
Yes, I think the handle does work as a luggage pass through. It hangs well on hooks (not as well on the straight hangers in bathroom stalls, but it does hang), but I do sometimes find myself accidentally lifting the bag by random pieces of fabric where I’d expect the handle to be. Spending lots of time with the bag, I do really appreciate the bag more and more.

Yeah, I can live with it because it’s an otherwise great bag, but if they’d just made the top compression straps a little lower so the zipper could open wider it would be a perfect bag. I’m not sure what they were going for putting them where they are. The compression straps are what holds the mesh pouch in place, but I think they probably still could have done that job at a different, less intrusive angle.

I give you 5 out of 10 stars cause throughout the video I only see the top half of the bag. It would have been 10 if you showed the whole bag 😅
Gabriel should've put the camera further back. And aimed it more at him--we don't need to see the a/c venting.

Bear in mind that this unintentionally makes the bag safer, too. Harder for thieves to access it
That main compartment needs to open up fully, the same as the laptop side? It doesn’t do that right?
No. The main compartment opens up pretty big, clamshell style, but not all the way down to the bottom like the laptop section.

I prefer this one. The Borealis is a high quality bag, but this one has better organization and is tidier.
