I'm glad you like them. I honestly am so happy with them. I had one made out of pvc a few years ago, and these are so much better. Yes, ours do too! Some years I'll dry the husks and then store them in feed bags for the winter.

Yeah, that could be. I generally just free feed mine, so they always have access to layer pellets. They love any greens or scraps they can find though. :)
