In this recording the listener is about to undergo an unknown surgery in a hospital. However the listener is afraid and they run away from the doctors and nurses and hide in a room. In this room they are found by a hypnotist and doctor who gently guides them into a trance and eventually sleep. The listener in this recording is referred to simply as "little one", so the file is gender-neutral and trans-inclusive. This recording contains the following hypnotic stimuli: a gently crackling fireplace, a pocket watch, gentle shushing, a warm blanket, being held on a rocking chair, the sound of a heart beating, and anesthetic gas. Why. WHY. Does ANYONE have an explanation to why hypnosis doesn't work on me???
I might. what helps to get hipnotized is focusing on the hypnotists voice and nothing else. That could be a reason. Or... Maybe you just have not found the right channel yet. You only get hipnotized by someone you trust. And if they do any dangerous commands you won't do them. So maybe you just need to find a hypnosis channel that you trust. Itt can also take a bit for hypnosis to work on someone so, take your time with it. Hopefully this helped!

If you're just listening to files, the files in question might not suit your needs, you could be getting distracted and the file doesn't recapture your attention... or it could just be your expectations about hypnosis and what it feels like are off, and you've been in trance without realizing. A one-on-one live session with a hypnotist would probably make a world of difference.
