They look awesome Colin, I tell everyone that it's very important to be seen and heard if you are on a motorcycle of any kind, I'm a firm believer in being seen, and you definitely can see your bike, great install brother 💯🤜🏼🤛🏼
LED's are on my "to do" list. I'm all for the subtle upgrades that make a big impact, especially when it comes to be being seen by others on the road. Nice install video Colin, ^5's..!!
Great video! When installing keep in mind that the gloss black paint scratches quite easily, wish there was at flat or no paint black ABS option. Otherwise, great product! I have multiple Custom dynamic products and I have never had one fail yet since 2016.
Looks awesome I plan on adding the led vent light too. Question did you have to buy an extra harness to run with the led windshield. Because I missed that on your video. Video was great thanks
I just bought the same thing. I love them. The only problem for me it didn’t follow the contour of my windshield. I put middle bolt in and the two outer where pretty far from the fairing. I kind of had to bend it enough to get bolts started
3:50 mark. Make sure the metal pins inside the Jae clip from the light are pushed in completely. Should be three pins I believe. I use an optical screwdriver to push them in or a really small one. If not that, try calling Custom Dynamics tech support. They are very helpful.
I use Freedom Shields and I really like it. I’ve had it for a couple years and no issues. I honestly haven’t asked my wife when she rides but she doesn’t complain.
They look great but they came out with the sequential led's to late, I already have the windshield trim and bought the Ciro bag lights for my Road Glide because they are sequential , I can't afford another $400 to swap them out for sequential CD lights.
The windshield trims are designed specifically to fit the curve & align with the windshield mounting bolts of a Harley-Davidson OEM batwing fairing. The trim does not have much “flex” to it so we always recommend the customer reach out to the manufacturer of any aftermarket fairing to confirm if those measurements are the same as OEM. Most of the time they are slightly off. In addition, if the light fixture does fit the wiring hook up would likely require cutting the plugs off and hardwiring (possibly needing to extend wires as well) since the models you typically add aftermarket fairings to don’t have the accessible wiring in the same location. So - long story short - it’s possible but would be a custom application & the manufacturer of these aftermarket fairings will need to advise how similar their measurements are to an OEM fairing. From CD.
Hello, Does anyone here able to locate the part number for the sequential led fairing insert that is shown in the video above? I have the part for sequentiial windhield trim CD-WTSEQ-14-B. I can only find ‘ALL-IN-ONE DYNAMIC LED BATWING FAIRING VENT INSERT’: CD-VENT-AW-B but this is not sequential. Appreciate if someone can point me the right number, thanks.

Dang man. That is sharp! Another fantastic Custom Dynamics tutorial!!
Thanks Ty. I really like the look, especially with the vent light.
Your best install video yet and that’s saying a lot. Made it easy to understand and looks amazing. Nice video
Thank you man. Appreciate that.
This install is lit 🔥 👌
I'm stupid ha. nice video man.
That’s something I’d say too. Dad LED humor.

I agree 100%. Can’t have too many lights!!
Looks Great!! I just installed mine today! Couldn’t be happier with it!!
It’s a great product.
The windshield trim looks awesome thanks for sharing
Thank you Jim.
Saw your video and had to get it on my bike. Very easy install.
One of my favorite lights on the bike. Looks really cool.
I absolutely love Custom Dynamics products-they are the best! Thanks for the video, bud! 👍👍👍👍👍

Colin, outstanding install video and the bike looks great, thanks for sharing with us
I appreciate the kind words.
Looks Great 👍🏻. Just ordered myself one. Except all they had in stock was the Standard. I’m sure I’ll be pleased!!
It’s a great look on the bike. Hope you enjoy them.
Love it!!! I did do the fairing trim lights hmmm now I may have to do the rest of the fairing!! Looks great!!!
Do it. I really like the look of these.
@@Broncoride Thinking, thinking............ lol
looks great Colin
Thanks Mike.
Excellent job Colin.
Thanks Pete. Wish they made them for your bike but they do mostly H-D and Indian.
That’s so much nicer then the H-D one I have on my bike. Really love all the new stuff CD is coming out with.
Man, they make excellent products. I appreciate the comment.

I noticed that too. Can easily get scratched. They make some great stuff.

Nope, everything came with kit. Appreciate it Jerald.

Very cool. Odd, mine were like a 1/16 off on left side, but I just pushed it a little and it went right in. Glad you like them.
Nice! Looks great
Cool, thanks.
Big thumbs-up they look great should be very noticeable take care catch you later
Thanks MrG for stopping by.
Doing mine tomorrow woo hoo, thanks for the video it helped big time
Very cool.
Dam wouldn't you know it would come out with something new . Wish I would waited . I like that looks great
They always turn out new stuff. I was going to pick up standard one, but then saw they just came out with the sequential ones.
just did mine everything went well until i put it all back together now i have some leds out
Check you JAE clips on both sides. They were shipped installed, but usually if the pins aren’t seated well, this causes this.
@@Broncoride not following on the jae?

Thank you for the video, the lights look great. My only question is do you see the wire at both ends of the light bar? is it not hidden completely?
Yes, but barely. You tuck it in and only 1/2 inch shows.
@@Broncoride Would you mind sending a pic of one of the sides?
Sure, send me an email and I can. You can email me at broncoride1@gmail.com.
Looks great Colin, did you have to connect those wires on both sides of the bike, or just the left hand side?
On both sides. I only showed left side in video, but I did both.
That is really cool 😎
Thanks Tom. It came out well.
I've got them on my Road Glide and love 'em!
They are badass.
Once installed how easy is it to change windsheild?
Simple. Just unscrew all three a little and shield comes right out.
Great video and looks good Too
Thanks man. Came out nice.
What windshield do you have? And does it block wind for passenger?
I use Freedom Shields and I really like it. I’ve had it for a couple years and no issues. I honestly haven’t asked my wife when she rides but she doesn’t complain.
I think you have an LED problem bud. J/K. It looks good. Thanks for posting
A very serious problem
Sharp. I bet you’re already researching lights (LEDs) for the new Tourpak.
Haha, maybe. They don’t make the ones I want, but hopefully one day. Not in any hurry to add to the tour pak.
Looks real good
Thank you.

I like Ciro3D products. I see many bikes with their stuff. I agree, doesn’t make sense to swap them out.
Will this fit on Memphis Shades Batwing Fairing
Not sure. I’ll reach out to them and see if they know.

If you ever get run into, they're going to have a hard time explaining how they didn't see all that light! 😜
Isn’t that the truth?
Thanks!
Welcome
Absolutely no doubt, the trunk will have lighting soon... 😁 You're addicted
Haha, they don’t make a wraparound light for the pak, at least not yet. I’m still LED-free on the trunk.
@@Broncoride I sure you'll come up with something. Maybe even make your own with LED strip lights 😉
Good video, Just don’t care for having both sequential and flashing vent light so close together.
Thank you
Nice!
Appreciate it Daniel.
Sharp !
Eventually you will require a trailer in order to haul a generator to power all those lights. On a serious note, it looks awesome 👍
I need more space for a bigger battery.
Nice!!!
Thank you.
My neighbor spent $900 at our local rally in 2019 on lights for his 2017 Street Glide that he barely rides. I think he might have 800 miles on it now😛
I ride mine. They aren’t cheap, but they are sweet. They have lots of stuff coming out for Indian.
