As someone that uses a wheelchair, but would LOVE to learn to ride, 3 wheels seems my best option. And some of these are certainly worth considering even for a person with limited funds. Great info.
Bikes with 3 wheels has the worst of both worlds: - you don't have a roof to protect you from climate as a car. - you don't have the agility of 2 wheels like a bike. Yet... they are still fun.
From what I can tell there is absolutely no advantage to having only 3 wheels (except that you spare on hub). The only reason I thought three wheels were cool is because they're novel and safer than motorcycles...but once you start driving them deep in to actual car terrain 4 wheels definitely better...this is why no animals have 1 foot in back and 2 infront...it's just dumb
