Like, let’s say that I want to intercept events in Inventory and call an external API (and ensure the integrations works well), what would be my options in Zoho One? Can I have any type of Low Code workflow or even write my own functions and run them is Zoho. As Server-less functions? What about adding extra fields to existing standard tables?
Hi! We are currently working on the last touches of a Zoho One online course, so we are not uploading to YT until the course is ready. But we will keep in consideration your suggestion. You can set up "workflows" in Inventory, which can trigger a webhook that will send info to another Zoho or non-zoho app. You can also use Zoho Flow, which can do something very similar, but it's easier to set up. Another option is to trigger a function from Inventory, where you can make API calls to Zoho apps as well as non-zoho apps.
