Ooof! Yeah … they last 5-7 days on average. I remember when mine started, my mom gave me super-long pads. I was like “but I’m a beginner!” My mom chuckled ruefully and responded. “Mother Nature doesn’t care.”

Oh sweetie it’s gonna be okay they last 5-7 days and it can seriously suck but it’s all natural and even though you don’t see it yet it’s beautiful. Having a period helps your body be ready for a baby one day. I’m pregnant with my first and I used to hate my period I had really bad cramps but just take some midol and a heating pad and you’ll be just fine. Make sure you always have pads in your back pack even when you don’t think it’s gonna come for a little while. Because sometimes they come early.
