It's interesting that Triang Hornby commissioned Trix to manufacture the three excellent distillery bulk grain wagons for them in 1968 as a lifeline. British Trix had asked Triang to buy them out and absorb them as they had done with Hornby Dublo. Triang couldn't afford to do this but offered the lifeline instead. We might have seen Triang Hornby Trix as the brand in 1967 if Trix had been absorbed. Who knows what models would have been manufactured.
As a matter of interest were the locos and rolling stock interchangeable with Hornby-Dublo 3-rail after the change to DC (apart from couplings, obviously)
