I know how hard it is to be in the entertainment industry. Moreover in Korea, and in SM. SM used to have 100 trainees (maybe now lesser but still a lot). The hardships we can't imagine, how they can be able to learn a lot of things as possible(eg Taeil executed lucifer choreo during trainee days), be on the top, be in the debut class and debuted. And things get tougher after they became established singers. I just wish them joy and happiness and health, and above all this, I wish them love :))
Mark, Jaemin, Jeno, Haechan and Jisung literally grew up in sm
SM's children. You can tell the company has a lot of love for them.
i dont know a lot about nct, can ou tell me about their training periods and such? they seem so small in the video
@@yumixiaos If I remember correctly for the dreamies it goes : Mark 13yo/2012 - Haechan 13yo/2013 - Jeno and Jaemin 13yo/2013 arrived on the same day at the agency and never stopped being together since and finally Jisung 11yo/2013. So basically they all came pretty much at the same time. Jisung was the baby in SM and still kinda is that's why the members are protective of him. (Korean age btw so Jisung was actually 10 for us)
That’s a fact! Like they were so tiny coming into such a big company. At least they have each other! Their videos honestly was what really touched me bc they were babies!
@@yumixiaos the sad thing is, because they trained so hard from such a young age, jisung once said that he don't have friends except his dreamies members. He also said that he didn't had time for get along with his friends at school. This guys really deserve the world omg. I can't imagine if I don't have my childhood memories. It's such a precious memoriesss ㅠㅠ

Yes, seeing them grow from their trainee days (specially the dreamies) hits hard. I am so proud of them continue to grow more and more. They may be from different countries but they found a home from each other members -cries ugly in the corner- 😭

I cried the most when I saw Kun with NCT U during The 7th Sense knowing that even though he debuted 2 years after they did he was still with them from the very first step. Many of the members even though they debuted recently will be with them for the future ones too.

People think SM Artist had it easy since they're from a Big Company but they've gone so much. They had the same experience as other artist too.
ah man, exactly. I'm tired with all the "all big 3 artists have big 3 privileges" like no. yes, they have advantages because they debut from a big company but what they've achieved ever since their debut came from their hardwork, not from "privileges".
For an example Red Velvet was called SM's biggest mistake. They had sooooo many haters. They only got that much hate because they "weren't good enough to be a part of SM". This continued to the point where one of the members Joy started to hide in bathrooms to sing because she wasn't confident enough. Imagine being a lead singer and having to hide just because you had one voice crack on your debute stage. But they worked so hard and proved them wrong. They are one of the biggest groups now and people say it's all because they are from big 3 ... I dont have any words to say-
Ikr rookies gurls like lami, hina, wont just be leaving like that after yearssssss of training. Even sm family recognised and close to them. The competition within sm is already strong enough. Thats why sm never send their trainees to survival shows.

omg same, this nct 2020 project is a blessing but at the same time ut drained my energy. Issues after issues together with studies. I don't even remember my self smiling genuinely at maw era because I'm stressed. Antis are becoming worst everyday but that video made me realize that antis don't know a thing. They just keep judging nct and our fandom. Asking why we stan them but they don't know anything. Im crying while watching the video because i remember again the reason why i love them sm

From thier MAMA performance, where the international members appeared and sang with the others, to the release of this MV, I was a crying mess that night. Now From Home has the same effect and meaning to me as EXO's Promise. You can't help but feel proud of how far they've come. Same , but in my situation I only know the 127 in lowkey.. So these reunion of them adding with 2 members somehow curious me as well .. Tho I watched them frm time to time even b4 till now but not as whole ,So this 2020 esp the SMCU thing reconnects me with them so much. After then this was the start to Stan them as whole NCT's and proved me how all of them are all precious esp WayV.... Waiting RVs comeback while loosing my sanity for a years since RV haitus, NCT was my happypill till today that's why I'm now into them more of SM power grps including aespa.

NCT rookies apperead in EXO:2014 shows, did you watch it? They are pure, innocent n very young back then. Even I am not NCTzen, but i love them too. NCT dream also first debuted same stage promotion with EXO Lotto in 2016. How can i forget, they were so tiny n cute with haverboard... Miss those times. I cant believe now they are million seller too like their senior...

You can actually see this kind of bond in all SM artist groups. They consider themselves family of each other. And also the way treat their fans as if a part of their extended family.
The sacrifice that they had to do for the sake of chasing their dream. Man.. not many people can do and relate to it but just as what like Hyoyeon said - It doesn’t matter where I stand. I am not an Nctzen but I will say this song and video touched me and EVERYTIME I watch debut videos it makes me cry... Probably because the sacrifice that they make to become an idol AND have ppl talk on that groups name saying "they don't deserve that award" sh** like this makes me really upset and stressed out. They could have chosen to go to college/University while they chose this path of an idol while messing up their health conditions to perform, they don't deserve this NONE of them do. Appreciate them all.

I’ve been an SM artist stan since 2005-ish so I always kept myself updated with their new artists. Exo was my ult group when SM introduced smrookies, I don’t know what it was but I could see myself being a fan of the new group (NCT) for a long time. And when exo china line left (and my bias Luhan) I shifted my focused to the new kids. Since then I haven’t left their side (even through the roughest times, god it was such a difficult time back then) I literally watched NCT boys grow up as individuals and as artists so when this video dropped I cried my eyes out. I love and cherish these boys so much.
Also, Jeff you’re my fave (NCT) reaction channel because I feel like you genuinely love them, even the underrated members whom people have ignored. I always look forward to your NCT reactions 💚

They teach me lessons about dream, passion, confidence, friendship, struggle to difficulty. They make me laugh and relax with tons of videos beside MVs. I only join this fandom for half year but I swear I will stay with them as long as they are in the industry.

leaving your country, celebrating birthdays away from family, constantly practicing to be good enough to debut, dealing with hate, everything they have to go through so there can be NCT. I agree with you that seeing them find a home within NCT and family among their members is a heartwarming consolation.
This is why I admire and Stan NCT. It's not all about the music they created, but the way they have each other before they debuted. They witnessed the hardship of each other. The 1st's of each other.
These guys were out in public even before their debut. They were introduced as SM-Rookies, Dreamies were on Korean MMC, they were performing in SmTown and what not. Idols loose their private life after debuting but they did even before that. But this made me happy that they have each other. They were already like brothers before debuting and now they are each other's home!
This MV is so moving. When I first saw the From home performance on MAMA, I was watching live. And when all the foreign members came up and started singing with it... omg I lost it. I cried like a baby. I often feel sorry for them, especially when they mention their families, you can see it in their eyes how much they miss them. Plus the added complication of COVID, makes it even more difficult to see their family. They sacrificed their families, friends, etc. To live their dreams. And that is so brave. They left home, but found a home with their brothers. That is so touching.
Like you said it's so crazy how just watching them it really does feel like family. It feels like they have invited us to join their crazy family. Which knowing how much they sacrificed, and even not knowing because I'm sure they have given up so much more than we actually know about... it's truly an honor that they invite us to come along the journey with them.
The first time I saw Mv from home rearranged .. I cried because I was touched from tiredness from the time of debut until they became famous .. We can see them growing up .. And they are everything for NCTZEN .... I cried non-stop because them😭😭, and watch them grow up well .. We NCTZEN will continue to support NCT ... I am very proud of them .. I LOVE NCT........ given the fact that they're a group that will eventually grow and grow more in the future, im thankful for the members now knowing that they're already created a warm and welcoming family so it'll become easier for the new members in the future to open up with their own family, which is nct. sungchan and shotaro now is a blessing in this family and im so happy bit by bit they are opening their heart and starting to feel comfortable. at the last episode of nct world 2.0, taeyong said there are many of them so they should always lean to each other whenever it is hard, they are 23 so whenever someone is tired, other members will still constantly give power and energy to others and they don't need to find friends outside of their group because the members are enough, and that's what we all signed up for.

To be quite honest, it's impossible for me to not start tearing up every single time I watch From Home. It's the mix of the emotions, seeing them how they've grown, how far they've come while at the same time listening to those powerful vocals... it's an automatic switch for the tears to start falling.
As a NCTZEN and been following them since SmRookie era, this MV is really heart warming. I felt emotional watching it too; how they filmed everything from their baby self (predebut) to who they are now. I’m so proud of them.

Besides your relatable reaction 😉 I really really love what you expressed afterwards. You put beautifully in words what their journey means to them and to their fans. How much it should be appreciated that they choose to loose a part of their personal identity just to become a part of their fans lives.
