I have chronic anemia ,currently at 8.6 . I also take 2 ferrous sulfates daily as well and I eat ice non stop all day. Been like this for over 30 years . I’ve had blood transfusions and IV Iron transfusions and see an oncologist that is a hematologist as well . The title of the video was monthly restock, if it was mine it would be weekly restock lol

The only purpose of those ice trays is to actually keep the ice inside,and only take the ice you need when you pour yourself a drink. Storing the ice like that will only ruin all the work you've done.
