Aperture has 42K reservations and the three wheel drive can reach 60 in 3 seconds. Electric with solar trickle charging can give you up to 40 miles a day when the full solar package is installed.
"a single production vehicle" -> 1 more than I was aware, but the engineering savvy founders reformed the company (minus vulture capitalists) in 2019 and have about a dozen prototypes. Production now slated for late 2024.
@@gr8dvd it’s been slated for production for years, while many other three wheelers have been built in 2 or 3 years, Vanderhall, Ariel, among others are available now
@@agoodlife2 True & I assembled my daughter’s trike in about 20m 😀 But seriously all have 3 wheels but VERY different otherwise. Aptera could have hand-built dozens if not 100-200 by now but the vehicle design & business model is for mass-production… tons of $$$ to get 1st produced, then 10k+ year1, capacity to do 30-50k/y.
Back then there were more than 4 produced. Currently there are five. Either prototypes or production intent. They are waiting on the carbon fiber bodies to arrive from Italy before starting production of their test vehicles. After validation production is scheduled to begin.
@@SteveBueche1027 it’s a low production vehicle, with constant excuses, it will never make back the investment money, it’s a dated design already, make it here in fiberglass, never make 1,000 miles on a charge
Most of your Aptera “facts” are bogus. There currently is no Aptera in production, and the time of writing this comment is 1yr past the publication of this video.
most sections of the aptera have changed since this video & the waiting list is past 42,000
Nobe 100 looks as a classic car, so cool..

I like the V Twin on the Morgan better than the 3 cylinder engine. Much better sounding and a ton of tourqe.
Slingshot. The poor guy's T-REX 😂😂😂😂
Nice bike
Cool ça coûte combien ? Et comment on peut avoir ça dans notre pays la RDC?
While we talk about 2 wheeled vehicles, let's talk about the V8M... 🤦♂️
Lazareth Wazuma V8M is not 3 wheeled and in most states in the USA it's not legal.
I’m sorry but how is the slingshot a motorcycle?
