I found my old comsole, and booted up Minecraft PS3, last saved 12/15/2015, first thing I saw was me and my brothers old farm and dog. To all those fortnite fanboys who hate us Minecraft players u don’t have memories only we have unlike ur game suddenly popping out of no where and only made idiot 12 year olds play it Minecraft is the best game
Minecraft was the best sandbox game in the world... Creating dirt huts instead of wooden houses... Using Materials to create useless stuff... The first dropper was released... Everybody was scared of summoning Herobrine... Everybody was scared of changing the difficulty except for Peaceful... Pros were the ones who defeted the Ender Dragon... Engineers understood redstone... *_I CAN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE,I WANT MY CHILDHOOD BACK_*
I dont think anyone who hasn't already, will ever realize what they missed in minecraft. Not only was it a stress relieved, imaginative and creative adventure filled with teamwork and challenges. But it was a spiritual journey into one of the best piano soundtracks on earth. Minecraft is more than a kids game. Ill tell you that!
This honestly makes me tear up a bit. I remember shouting "hop on Minecraft when you get home!" After school. We would build houses till the sunsets in the game. Fight off monsters and survive. No hate. No studying. No drama. Just peaceful simple times.
I went online because I saw this and haven't been on Minecraft in 5 years so I installed it again, I scroll all the way through my friends and see that LegalLegend67 is on. I invite him to a party and joins. we both start tearing up because we haven't talked in so long. We thought that we would go back on our town world and couldn't bare but cry. This video gave me Nostalgia
Space duck so did I, I wish I could go back and look at them. New world 10 (yes, I didn’t name the worlds haha) was the world I spent all my time in. I found a massive village and built around it. I built a pet shop, houses, a school, houses, ect. My first time in minecraft was in creative and I made a glowstone house because I didn’t know how to change blocks. I miss those times.
Jacob's Garage yeah. The fact that the community sucks and the fact that alot of the MC youtubers don't want to play minecraft anymore makes me feel like minecraft is boring because of microsoft. Believe me I used to be a big MC fan for 2011 - 2015. #RIPminecraft
This game was honestly my childhood and it hurts that I can never revisit those times but I’m happy that they happened. Thank you Minecraft, for creating my childhood
what i do is pointer finger on the left, middle finger in the middle (half bent), and ring finger on the right. it just feels natural to me and idk why
this game will forever be in our heart years ago, we had the most fun on this mining, building, fighting, dying, respawning, farming, running, jumping, looking, searching, waiting and so on we done so so so much imagine, exactly 5 years ago, in the instant that you are reading this, you may have been on minecraft.... doing what? 5 years ago you had no idea you'd be in the position you are today, you didn't think of the future because time wasn't important back then so much to do by yourself, in the care of your parents and mind of your imagination. this game was just beautiful a lot of us stopped playing during 1.9, when microsoft took over and "ruined" it i still go on 1.8.9 and play some hypixel occasionally, you guys should too. relaxing and simple, good game. so proud to be part of this community. it grew with us, and we made it what it is today, slightly this will sound cheesy, but thank the lord we're not growing up on fortnite
I just don't really care that much that microsoft took over because I beleive they put elytra in the game... I just love to take the mick and play on apple devices! Scaffolding is the best block to be placed down in any world, it's great
I remember begging my dad make a server for me and my friends. He did and it was the greatest thing ever. I always switched maps from my main world and skyblock and id always mess around. I found my old laptop recently and Logged into Minecraft and found out my server is some how still running. I logged on to see my old world. I cried a lot remembering all the memories I made. So I hit up my old friends an surprisingly all of them joined me. We continued to build. We got off after hours. That was an amazing day.
GetRektMeme you’re lucky you found your friends. Me and countless others are still lost online looking for the people who they spent their past with, there are still those who are waiting for their friends to return. Some may have given up, but some still have hope. Enjoy.
i’m so glad i listened to this rn. i’m 24 years old and i still play minecraft, and this song just brought back memories from me being 11 years old playing minecraft for the first time when it came out. thank you for posting this.
Minecraft isn't going anywhere, but the experience of playing it in the old days with friends as a kid is long gone. The music I eventually muted back then is now a memory of a happy part of my childhood.
Agreed. I still love playing this game to this day, and I will continue to love this game and playing it with people nd even just on my own world to the day I die
@@kepagu Yes, the old memories won't come back, but all of us can always make new ones, like gathering people and playing on MP or a new survival world, goof around and have fun. It can be done at any age. Trust me. :)
when im at a merch store and i see little kids looking at minecraft merch and like to think that right now, those kids are experiencing that exact feeling we had back in the day. AND IM JUST 20!
Genuinely crying. This song is beautiful. It reminds me of a simpler time, when all this garbage and toxicity in the world wasn't going on like it is today. Yes, there were negatives in the world, there always has been. But we can't let that stop us from feeling what we were meant to feel.
There isn't much to be said that hasn't been said already. The saddest part about this song isn't that the good community of Minecraft is dead, nor is it that the new community is the definition of cancer. To me, the saddest part about this song is that feeling of not being a child anymore. Not being able to just say "Hey hop on Minecraft" after school. The saddest part... Is that we all grew up. But just because we've grown up, doesn't mean we can't remember it for what it was, for what it was meant to be, for what notch intend it to be. So never forget that castle you built on a mountain, or that bridge between two mountains, or even that wooden shack in a forest. Never forget the first tree you chopped down, the first wolf you tamed, the first diamonds you found. Never forget the first server you joined, the first achievement you got, the first time you heard this music. Never ever forget the good times you had. As everything does, Minecraft's life cycle will eventually end and it will die. But is this a bad thing? No, because nothing is meant to last forever. The fact that we've grown up, only means that this chapter in our lives is over, and it's time to begin a new one. So don't dwell on the past, but never for get it. Keep your chin up and look toward the horizon. Smile, my friends; it's almost Sunrise.
Thanks, I'm having a tough time right now. I'm about to complete my first semester at college and I realized recently that it's over. My childhood is done and it feels like a song just stopped before the second verse and I missed out on something. I'm in a new city away from any friends and I'm not even sure that what I'm studying is the right thing for me. I'm trying to figure out who I am and what I want out of life, but I haven't found it yet. I'm sad that it's over but I wouldn't go back given the choice. I want something more I just don't know what yet. I need to find a way out of this limbo. I know a youtube comment section isn't the best place to talk about this, but it does feel good just to get it off my chest. I hope if you're reading this and you're feeling something similar that you find your path
Remember building your first dirt house? Remember killing your first zombie that dropped feathers? Remember falling in lava and dying? Remember the joy of finding your first diamonds? *_Because I do._*
That quotes means a lot when a game is updated like minecraft. The old texture packs and the old sounds. Good times. Wish I could turn back to early 2010's. Those were the days.
@@randomjakey3931 i am now depressed becajse the old minecraft before 1.12.0 texture is gone but dont cry because its over be happy because it happened
Minecraft may be “meme material” for 8 year olds, but this game and its soundtrack are truly beautiful and full me with a sense of strange nostalgic joy from just relaxing and not caring.
This game is sorta like a joke around the idea that it's better than Fortnite. Fortnite is fine, but being a teenager, I am still enjoying Minecraft a lot.
hey to all the people in the comments saying about how they miss playing minecraft because it was part of the good old days, hear me out. i still play minecraft, and i'm quite a bit older than what the stereotypical 'minecraft age' is. I still play it because it reminds me of a few years ago when i was younger, and this music is really relaxing and whenever i'm feeling stressed or anxious i just play the game. build the houses and go mining lol it will take your mind of things. my point is, just because you've grown up doesn't mean you have to stop playing it. you like the game? embrace that! hell yeah! play the game! honestly it's great. just do it. I'm mainly saying this because there are many people at my school who say that minecraft is a childish game that 8 year olds play, which tends to put people off the idea of playing it. but if that game became popular again, i bet you the 100,000 jackpot they will be online looking for the game on ebay. it relaxing and it can be a good game to take your mind off stuff and give yourself a break from the outside world. You like the game? play it!
I play on mobile... before the 1.2 update... before microsoft bought mc... servers were a way to make friends when you had none irl... but now you have to have an xbox account to play in servers...
This brings me so many memories. So much nostalgia. I have been playing Minecraft for almost 10 years. I truly love this game. Thanks for being my childhood ❤
In my opinion Minecraft Community is the best community.. we can just feel like one family feeling the same when hearing for example sweden or wet hands, nostalgia hitting too much
I began to play Minecraft a long time ago , when Minecraft still a Beta Version was . I probably was 8 or 9 . The problem isn't the age but what you can do with Minecraft . When i began , only survive counted and this already was hard enough . Now , there is so much possibilities with this game that the kids choose the worse of them ...
Denis Breton I think I know what you mean..... their usually playing in online servers or playing on creative mode... and survival mode doesn't exist to them.... that's what I see when 8 year olds play Minecraft now
Imagine being in 2015 and hearing this with the following words over the top: “Hello! This is Stampy, and welcome to another Minecraft let’s play video. And another video inside of Stampy’s Lovely World”

I didn't write this comment, I saw it somewhere else but this made me sad. *Meanwhile, in 2040, you saw your son holding a Minecraft handbook and said* "Dad, what's this?" *A single tear fell from your eyes and you smiled. Then you said* "Come here, son. Let me tell you a story."
@@Kobe_Abogutal I have seen this before. Reading the comments on C418 's music is the best thing ever. This game has really grown in all of our hearts. Though I love the game with all my heart, I think the legendary game has worn out in me. I'm 11 years old today. I have been playing the game ever since I was 6 years old. I have been playing Roblox more and has stopped playing Minecraft. But I know that in the future, I will come back to a gem, a game that built our childhood. A game that will stay until the end of time.
I remember when I went to my 6th bday party and all I wanted was Minecraft P.E. It was on an iPad and I was so hyped to start playing as soon as I got home. Anyway, now I'm 14 and I've moved to Java. Still the best game I've ever played in my life. Thank you Minecraft, for making my decade.
I miss the shitty community, the time when creepers blew your house up when you just finished it, the times when you fell down holes and climbed mountains just to find the one pig in the server, the times you had to run away from the zombies when you had nothing but a stick to defend yourself, and the times when you played the tutorial and made the castle your home, the times when you adventured for the CD’s so you could listen to them on the jukebox and when you had nothing but a wooden home to keep you safe, and you adventured into the wild to find a wolf to tame with a bone an ended up dying in the end, the worst part was losing the wolf and crying that you weren’t ever going to get it back, the villagers that barged through your door at night because they had no where else to go when it was night God I miss the old minecraft
friend: hey dude i gotta go now ill see u tomorrow me: ok bye *and for years, no contact* *until one day* me: sigh, none of my friends are online, maybe i should quit. *Gh4stSlayer is online* me:wait what *invites to party* friend: hello? me:do u remember me? friend: oh my God dude it’s been so long
Sadie Frye me too like i’m in my feelings right now 🥺 i love minecraft and this song w my whole heart. even when i’m playing it and i hear this song it jus makes me sad idk why..its so beautiful
You dont know how this hit me.... I remember doing many different shops with my friends and then trading with emerald and gold like we were villagers, somethimes we build rollercoasters, pools and different houses that we had to "buy"
This song makes me legit sad. I remember the old days when I would get a PS3 for Christmas with Minecraft PS3 edition and I just started playing and hearing these songs. It was my childhood game. Minecraft is an incredible game and it’s fascinating how it releases so many different memories. C418 is a genius. These songs are masterpieces.

From the skeletons, to the pigmen

From the biomes of jungles to sands
To the mushrooms and other obscure lands
From the snow and ice
To the swamps which never looked too nice
From moments with friends we’ll cherish
From a time we hoped Herobrine would perish
From the great animations
To the UA-cam sensations
Along with those musical incantations
I thank Mojang for creating my childhood

When I say this is not game of the year
It’s the game of the century
As it offered us with plenty
And these memories will never leave
Just like the thought of first playing as Steve
So I say close your eyes
And listen to the music with surprise
As your memories of Minecraft were once apart
But now can be fixed like a broken heart
In order to find your memories core
You must go back to the world of Minecraft once more
And defeat the Ender Dragon one last time
As the sweet sounds of your childhood begin to chime

I dont think anyone who hasn't already, will ever realize what they missed in minecraft. Not only was it a stress relieved, imaginative and creative adventure filled with teamwork and challenges. But it was a spiritual journey into one of the best piano soundtracks on earth. Minecraft is more than a kids game. Ill tell you that!
Trust in Jesus man, He’s the only way. He died for our sins, we just gotta believe!
This honestly makes me tear up a bit. I remember shouting "hop on Minecraft when you get home!" After school. We would build houses till the sunsets in the game. Fight off monsters and survive. No hate. No studying. No drama. Just peaceful simple times.

Thats pretty cool and kids these days just shoot each other in fortnite

mining, building, fighting, dying, respawning, farming, running, jumping, looking, searching, waiting and so on

doing what?
5 years ago you had no idea you'd be in the position you are today, you didn't think of the future because time wasn't important back then
so much to do by yourself, in the care of your parents and mind of your imagination. this game was just beautiful
a lot of us stopped playing during 1.9, when microsoft took over and "ruined" it
i still go on 1.8.9 and play some hypixel occasionally, you guys should too. relaxing and simple, good game.

How exactly did Microsoft ruin it?
I remember begging my dad make a server for me and my friends. He did and it was the greatest thing ever. I always switched maps from my main world and skyblock and id always mess around.
I found my old laptop recently and Logged into Minecraft and found out my server is some how still running. I logged on to see my old world. I cried a lot remembering all the memories I made. So I hit up my old friends an surprisingly all of them joined me. We continued to build. We got off after hours.
That was an amazing day.
beautiful..
Simply.... MARVELOUS
I'm genuinely happy for you, really I am.
The best part is the fact that no matter how old we get, Minecraft isn’t going anywhere
Minecraft isn't going anywhere, but the experience of playing it in the old days with friends as a kid is long gone. The music I eventually muted back then is now a memory of a happy part of my childhood.
@@kepagu couldnt of said it better. i cant sit through a video of an old content creator without getting hit with nostalgia
Trust me. :)

Genuinely crying. This song is beautiful. It reminds me of a simpler time, when all this garbage and toxicity in the world wasn't going on like it is today. Yes, there were negatives in the world, there always has been. But we can't let that stop us from feeling what we were meant to feel.
ah yes a quote by the mr mag, but seriously kid don't fucking quote yourself you seem like a total loser
@@lerpog4509 dont ruin the moment :(
The Internet yeah kinda being a bum but I know what you mean, I guess
Senior quote
Word❤️
I hope if you're reading this and you're feeling something similar that you find your path

hey to all the people in the comments saying about how they miss playing minecraft because it was part of the good old days, hear me out. i still play minecraft, and i'm quite a bit older than what the stereotypical 'minecraft age' is. You like the game? play it!
