The problem with AI, is the data is only as good as the human who put the data in. There's already evidence of AI leaning one way.. as in not non-biased.

MLS data is highly monitored and thus very accurate. Should be ok
I totally agree- I have been using Bard, which I love more than chatgpt. Currently I am only able to type with my left hand and so I have been using BA. RD to create emails and marketing pieces that look very professional. That there is no way I could do one handed right now. I literally can babble an email to myself via voice texting. And tell it how I want it to look looks incredible. I think it will do many things to make our job easier. But I also believe the consumer will always want and need a professional agent to walk them through the process and let them know it's okay. Some of these newbie agents don't realize one of the biggest parts of our job is listening to our clients. You can't replace that with a I

True, but A.I. has all the information that exists all the time in milliseconds. Yeah, lots of things are gonna change.
AI will replace traditional title search. It's all database, and there's currently a lot of human error. Anything that links to government database could be better automated with AI.
AI should influence projections in many ways. I love technology. Real estate too.
Hope artificial intelligence will makeup for a general lack of intelligence.😂

Not yet. Despite the future ease of documentation and underwriting ai can’t solve disputes.
No, if I'm spending a couple million, it's gonna be after talking to a person. AI is a fun toy, but there's no reality where it can actually replace a human being. The Terminator was just a movie.
