Is spinning good for getting rid of belly fat or is it better to do specific exercises for the abs? I'm skinny all over my body except in my belly which is big and I accumulate all the fat there
Spinning is great for an efficient overall calorie burn which can lead to fat loss! Though we don't get to choose where the body decides to burn fat - that's largely determined by our genetics! Abdominal exercises are good to incorporate for muscle toning! I'd say a fitness routine that has both will give you the best results and you'll feel stronger! 💕
FYI for future reference: a 60s incr resistance climb is NOT a rest. As such, it should not be listed or included in the rest segment. Thank you. 😂😂. Awesome ride, as always!
