      I have contacted them but surprise surprise nothing ! Am still waiting for someone to respond to my technical issues with the useless auto levelling. Creality you seem only interested in shifting as many units as possible with absolutely no concern for your customers. Support has been non existent but your probably trying to raise money for a scanner that I very much doubt will deliver . You need to improve or people will walk. Dreadful company !!!!I will post my findings on as many channels as possible because people need to be aware just how bad your service is !🤬

      your issue is probably x-axis levelling, check it.

    for what does this machine have auto bed leveling if it does not use it even after updating firmware ?

    My printer is not working properly I have CR-10 smart
    printer bad making noise while traveling I don't know what happened also once goes back doesn't come in front also belt vibrates and noisy.

    So my question is: What should be the maximum differance between the measurements from the edges of the bed? eg. is .600 too much?

    Danke für das Video, aber bei mir wird trotz all dem das Bedleveling nicht angewendet. in der rechten Seite des Bettes wird die Düse in das Bett gerammt. es sind mir so bereits 4 Düsen kaputtgegangen!
    ich hatte mit dem CR-6 SE und dem Ender 3 pro nie so viele Probleme wie mit diesem Drucker!

      @@crealityafter-sale5706 Ich habe den Support bereits 3 mal kontaktiert. Keine Reaktion! und ja ich habe auch den Spamordner durchsucht. ich finde es schlimm ein solches Produkt überhaupt noch anzubieten.
