Dude. The recipe from the official cookbook is legitimately THE BEST hotdog chili I've ever had. I made it last week after watching Misohungrie's video, and holy balls. Unlike this guy's bland ass chili, that recipe has like, roasted onions, peppers, and garlic, mixed with a sauce from dried chile peppers, a great seasoning blend, and the wild card....a tablespoon of coffee? Like I used Cafe Bustelo because it's so finely ground and WOW. Absolutely the best chili dogs I have ever had. Plus I didn't forget the relish and mustard like the dude in this video did.
