Gawd! I hate it when the builders cheap out. Looks nice but skimps on the materials. Porcelain everywhere instead of natural stones. BYOC (bring your own chandelier and your own elevator). Didn’t see all the family bathrooms. Bet it’s just nice looking builder grade materials. All for a premium price. I would avoid this builder.
ferrari they still make slow cars like that. model s plaid is under 100k and will smoke 99% of all ferraris.
