*low alcohol, not alcohol free. You're dealing with a (wild) yeast fermentation, which is also what creates the carbonation.

In Bavaria we deep fry the flowers in thin pankake dough its called Hollerküchle and they taste amazing

making this with years but should mention that sugar solution and wild yeast = alcohol ( low alcohol ) not free :-)
