I download this mod. If i open this (WinRar), show me this file in view file . Do u know why this open like that?

step 1) click mods and put the file in there.(gyazo.com/2c3821773b5537d8d9d5816829dbaaf1)
step 2) then go back out in the 911 folder and click this file (gyazo.com/3234883e1f83cb8865e68561f1c754fc)
step 3) A modinstaller will pop up and you will have to click (gyazo.com/35a7479380eb2f0c3986e5f0445087fa) and then find the modfile. It will take some time to download, but then you are done :) Tell me if you need more help

u call way to much police for some stuff like the bomb alert

Brandon Roberts In reality, police would need to focus on crowd control and block every possible danger route for citizens, so it makes sense that they sent that much.
