Ingredients:
👉Cake: 3 Eggs, 125g of sugar, 125ml of oil, 1 pot of yogurt (100g), vanilla, salt, 225g of flour, 2 tsp of baking powder (12g), 1 tbsp of Vinegar
👉Fruits: 1/2 cup raspberries, 1/2 cup mango, 1/2 cup apples
👉the crispy part: 75g of butter, 100g of flour, 3 tbsp of icing sugar
I used a 23cm diameter (9 inch) mold
Bake in a preheated oven at 180C (350F) for 40 to 45min
