It's been a while since I'm hype for a Monstercat release. Afinity really deserves the attention as you can probably hear his sound in pixel terror songs. Welcome back to Monstercat.
OH YEAH! Ahrya known as Afinity is beginning he's new career under a new nickname! But he's back and I'm so excited what he reserve to us! And I'm probably sure, it's pretty sweet to listen into this new track. PS: For thoses wondering who's him, he was in the Pixel Terror's Duo. Until he split up with Bentley but they're still best friends.
What a nice track! Glad to see Afinity already as a standalone artist, his collaborations with Pixel Terror were great, so no wonder his solo track is so cool. Good job.
Such a good decent song here, the heavy snares makes it really good, same thing with Nevve's vocals too (I think I heard that the voice of these vocals sounded quite similar to Clair Ridgely or something). I also didn't even knew realize that the name Afinity was the same guy as Pixel Terror, so that's pretty cool. :D And for anyone here reading this and is a big fan of Tokyo Machine's usual style, I heard that there'll be a new release by him this coming Monday! :D

Wait, Bentley and Ahrya were both part of Pixel Terror, but now it's only Bentley. So if it would say Pixel Terror, they would mean Bentley right? But then there are dozens of other songs by Pixel Terror and were written by Bentley and Ahrya, but if another were released then it would be by Bentley? If someone were to be new here, how would they know that Pixel Terror is both a duo and a solo project. Little did they know that depending on the time that the song was released, it could be made by two people, or just one. What if Bentley and Ahrya are secretly still making music together? Afinity only refers to Ahrya, but Pixel Terror could refer to both of them. So what if they never split up in the first place? that they still make music on their own, but will team up sometimes? Or am I just going to deep on this to give you a headache?
They formally announced a split. There is no reason to suspect they still work together. I feel it’s evident just by listening to new pixel terror songs compared to old. They’re just too different now
I like how the main sound melody has this kinda early 2000's Pro Tools sound to it? ... But it's so tightly produced that later on it helps make the song. It's really fascinating. to me. I love it. It's kinda hard to explain, it's that's split second silence at the end of all the measurements, and sometimes it's longer and then shorter.
