Hi. I am a chef from goa for about 22years and I can tell you This lady knows what's she is doing. She knows all the explanations to why and what she she doing. Cooking goan and Anglo is tradition handed over n not learnt by the book. This lady gives you all the secrets and science as to why and not. I'm amazed that this old time cook rather chef in my respect knows her ways, her why's and why not's. Amazing knowledge taught by her.
I tried the pepper chicken recipe and it came out fabulously delicious! Thank you so much, my Andhra husband, who usually likes his chicken with all the andhra spices, loved the lightly spiced dish. Your recommendation of not adding ginger garlic really helped. Not adding it gave a boost to the taste buds..😁 Thanks again. Awaiting for more uploads of your Anglo Indian cuisine.
Now this is the kind of cooking I love .simple, mouthwatering yet full of flavours. Bridget the food is awesome but one more thing I noticed you hands look so lovely and neat..🙏
