My fear always is that i am going to be tired all day, so what i have started to do from the last 2 days is sleeping at 10pm or early and then i automatically wake up at around 5 am, and when the first wakeup hits, like the time when you say 5 more minutes, i just get off the bed, though i feel tired at that time, when an hour or so passes, i start to feel normal and get myself to do something. It is much better than waking up at 8:30 or 9 am after sleeping at 12 in the night, it sort of gives a structure to the day. Let's see how long can i do this and when it becomes a habit.
