In our society in our culture, but people are fearful to talk about depression anxiety with a therapist. This is not something to be ashamed of. This is not something that makes you weak is that something that makes you broken. I am not broken it's part of my Journey part of who I am, but it does not define me for those of you who are suffering from depression or anxiety do not hold it speak to your family speak to a friend. If it's available to you go to a therapist, I stand with you I understand you there is light up ahead never take your life from us never. Your life is always worth living.

I loved this song before i watched this but the bit about depression and anxiety really struck a cord with me as ive experienced it myself but now I've turned that negative into a positive im now leaning to help others going through it a few years back i wouldn't have thought i would be in that position now. LIFE WILL GET BETTER although sometimes your mind will tell you otherwise it's lying to you it maybe be a prompt to take action
