I kinda understand how the camera works to pick up the spirits outline like a sorta blocky stick figure but idk how the spirit box works. Can someone explain?
The spirit box sweeps through radio frequencies to catch any voices or noises that could only be heard from those frequencies. It's thought that using a spirit box makes it easier for spirits to communicate using less energy than any other communication

Any advice to get better results> is fm or am band better? any certain sweep rate better? I got Olympus digital recorder also, and it tries to pick it up. it's quiet on playback though.

I want to invest in a tool for this, but this doesn't seem accurate or well thought out. Maybe you can enlighten me though how it works though, in case I'm not understanding.
When using the sb7 Spirit Box radio interference is very easy to decipher versus a spirit voice that comes through. When a Spirit speaks through this device the spirit voice will often break through the static sound barrier and be very pronounced and also you know your communicating with the spirit if it is intelligently answering your questions because radio interference cannot do that LOL. I hope this kind of helped you out in regards to understanding the Spirit Box coming from somebody who has used it and has experience in the Paranormal field 💯👍
