The story is pretty much simple, a kid grew up for his father's standards because his father is morally against drugs and alcohol due to the period of anti alcohol movement during the time.
So he name him as Gandhi Mahaan. And the bad part starts when he got tired of living good while getting no respect and treated like taken for granted.
Normal food and survival bores him.
So turned bad to enjoy what he wants makes money illegally and legally by forming his on alcohol markets (In Tamil Nadu alcohol is a very profitable business) .
Eventually do to his actions maybe his wife leaves and raises his son honest (Dhuruv Vikram).
So climax gonna be father vs son.
In the end of trailer "Boby Simha" (Sathyavan character) tell his friend Gandhi Mahaan that it's like God's grace people get their name (reputation) in life, so it's time you and I have to live up to those names in real life, which is Sathyavan ( man of righteousness), Mahaan ( Noble among people ).
