I can't get mine to heat up, so I have to send it back. I watched your heating up part several times and I can't figure out what you did to get it to work that I didn't.t

There are two modes, push and hold the button down until you hear the beep for heating mode. For non heating mode push the button twice.

@@GumbieGear believe me, I tried that. I pressed down, heard the beep for heating mode, and heard it making a grumbling sound as if it was heating. But nothing heated up. I’ve done it multiple times. Spent hours trying to get it to work, but nothing happens. No heat.

@@GumbieGear I don’t know if I got a lemon or I’m doing something wrong. If the problem is me, I can’t figure out what.

@adamfuller3296 okay, it takes like 3-4 mins and you have to let those led light go all the way across. Did you charge your unit fully first?

@adamfuller3296 try this first before you send it back
1. Charge unit fully
2. Press power button and hold to beep
3. LED lights will start to go light up one at a time
4. Takes about 3-4 mins before it starts to make hot fluid
If none of that works then I would call customer service
