They have to edit the sound from the audience at the very least to be able to market the footage because your average fan doesn't want to hear thousands of people screaming, singing, and/or chanting while their favorite singer is singing. The footage being dubbed doesn't take away from the fact that she sung this song live, it just means that afterwards they may have edited or re-sung some of those live vocals for a better presentation for the fans.
