      hmm, how’s your guys’ xpeditions’ kick-stands ?? mine is trying to jump off the bike, i tighten it every single ride and it loosens every time… rattling and swinging (almost into the rear wheel)

      rather low-tier compared to your last two maintenance video, though

    This video came in just in time. I am noticing some issues with shifting like noises and skipping. This was exactly what I need. Thank you so much for making this video.

    I had to do all that when I got my bike shipped. I think 2 hours to go through and figure out all the screw and cable adjustments and what each thing did. 😂✌

    video on how to tighten the chain would be nice...on my 1st ride, the chain came off when I hit a bump. I think If I can just increase its tension a tiny bit, the chain will stay on better

    Thanks for the work! Just what I needed to get my new ltrc xpress working correctly. Purchase made using some of your review points.

    Whilst paddling everything is fine and after a while the chain doesn't follow the lower jockey wheel properly. What could be the solution?

    Heads up. Lectric Xpremium chain replacement requires buying 2 chains due to 126 link requirement which nobody sells so the second chain has to be cannibalized for 10 links. This fact doubles the cost of the replacement. Horrible engineering and I am disgusted! Way to go Lectric.

      I've found the xpress post OD is 31.8 Guess what, noone sells that or a shim for 31.6-31.8
      31.6 is the closest available that's not too big. Have to make shim from pop can...

    Good stuff here. Is there any benifit to upgrading the derailleur on this bike? Thanks

      Probably not unless the old one needs to be replaced

    Just subscribed. Excellent video with enough detail to be very informative for a newbie (like me) but not super complicated. Well done!

    It doesn't seem that expensive or complicated to upgrade the derailleur from a bottom basement model to something a little more robust and precise. What do you think about making these kinds of changes? Worth it or unnecessary?

    When I stop pedaling, the chain goes loose and then tightens. Eventually, it falls off. Can you help?

    The smallest gear is the "hardest" gear? Umm, no. No, that's not right. My own experience. and that of everyone else, is that the smaller gears are easier and the larger gears are harder. This concerns me about the whole video.

    • @mindylen
      @mindylen Рік тому +4

      umm i think you’re referring to the numbers on your shifter. 1 being the easiest and depending on how many gears you have, the upper numbers being the hardest. That is correct. But. The video however is referring to the cogs. And ummm yes.. the smallest cog is the hardest and the larger cog being the easiest. It always has been this way, and always will be. Confusing to some. obviously. So you should no longer be concerned about the whole video.
