Хочу ответить на вопрос " Почему учиться стало модно? " - Потому что дети чиновников и прокуроров без знания возглавляли какое то время высшие должности доктор, прокурор, ректор!!!!, и так далее. И стало обнаруживаться что по их вине здоровые люди умирали, невинных сажали а виной всему этому были взяточники ректора институтов. И вот появилось нужда на отличников. Именно те прокуроры которые за деньги понакупали дипломы сами просили на коленях помощи у которых было знание в голове но без машин если надо.
