Pastor Jeff vs. XCOM: How to Mind Control an Ethereal

Impossible difficulty. A demonstration of how to get the achievement for mind controlling an Ethereal.
The basic idea is to use 2 Assault soldiers to clear the room and then boost your psi soldier's psionic power as high as possible using Psi Armor, Psi Boost (from another psi soldier) and even Combat Drugs from a Support soldier (which I did not use here). You want a Will of about 170+ in order to have a good chance to mind control the Ethereal.

I know I'm a little late on commenting, but you could also mindfray the ethereals to reduce their will and get a higher chance of mind controlling them.
