I know. The feels. As soon as Dan sings that first, "Baby!" It's gone. I'm gone. Violet's tone is beautiful, gentle, and spooky. Dan is EPIC as usual!
The guitarist is Victor the Guitar Nerd. He does the instrumentals for many of Dan's covers.
Those soft harmonies, dear God... could be Medieval Poliphony, they're so good!
Violet is incredible....her alto tone does something to many humans..I am one!!!

I have listened to alot of Dan vasc Covers... they all hit different which for me makes it all that much better. He definitely makes them his own even if he stays extremely close to the original tempo and styling of the original song, like my immortal by evanescence.
Violets voice is sultry, smoky gorgeous. Dan's voice is as always perfect. They compliment each other perfectly. The guitar is Victor the guitar nerd. You can recognize him because he never shows his face. He is best I have ever heard.

This was a great collaboration and introduced me to Dan Vasc.....Violet has lots of great stuff, listen to her cover of “Wasted on You” IMO better than the original and her collaboration with Anthony Vincent of “Broken” that are both amazing while her more recent stuff seems a bit dark and her voice may be getting deeper as in this cover

I love how you look for the small differences in the way these new artists make these covers their own. And that stink face when Dan got to the hard part where Seal got passionate in the original was awesome!!! Oh, and the stink face on the chop Suey cover when Lauren growled was perfect!!!
