Most UA-cam blacksmith channels I've seen don't bother with making a scabbard, and yet I find watching them being made almost as satisfactory as the blade itself. Great job through and through!
Tbh, the amount of effort anyone would have put it to that beautiful sword is unimaginable. The blade is nice and clear, along with a sharp end. The handle to the Blade has amazing craftsmanship. The swords hanger has such amazing quality, only made out of wood leather, and I think steel? Overall 10000/500. Amazing work.
There are times where I get upset because he takes advantage of modern technology to make his projects. But I don't ever say anything because at least he can make that kind of stuff, I can't do shit but I wish I could lol
@Yasir Rind yeah, it's better than I could dream of doing haha. So I just don't say anything cause I couldn't do better, and it works and makes their job a million times easier, so why not?
3 reasons I couldn’t do this 1. I’m only 10 2. I just broke and dislocated my finger so I had surgery where they ran k wire through my finger 3. I’m gonna be in a cast for 6 weeks

To be fair, this dude had a lot more to work with than they probably had in the mid/late 17th century. Besides, back then they probably were going for practicality of look. Going more for just having their sabres work than having their sabres look good.
All that wrench needed was to be derusted Armstrong 1.3/4 too 2 inch wrenches are worth 300$ a piece. You might get 150$ for a home forged sword sometimes even cheaper then that however he did make a top quality home forged sword its very rare but he might brake even on what that wrench would have been worth...
