Absolutely. Simple way - merge them into one file and use the built-in "Remove Duplicates" feature shown in this video. Alternatively, and more advanced, you can use Power Query. This is good if you frequently merge and remove duplicates from multiple files: - Open Excel and go to the Data tab. - Choose Get Data > From File > From Workbook to import data from each file. - Combine the queries (files) and then use Power Query’s Remove Duplicates feature by right-clicking on the column(s) in the query editor and choosing "Remove Duplicates." - Once done, load the cleaned data back into Excel.
Hey there how would the remove duplicates feature work with a filter cuz I have a huge file but I only want to remove duplicates from one account number so it has to be filtered ?
Is there other formula works as UNIQUE? Because the office 2019 doesn’t include the formula (which is the only version that my company provides and can’t change)

I didn't know about the UNIQUE formula! I would love a series or playlist of shorts about Excel functions and what they do.
The video was very helpful to me and even more so when, thanks to a key, I was able to unlock these functions.
Where did you get it? I've been searching for it on several sites and none of them work as they should.
I didn't check that one out of fear but now that you mention it I'm going to visit it
I think it's the best
Love your videos thanks. Is there a way to remove old duplicates and keep only the ones with the most recent date.
Didn't know about the unique formula, thanks!
good one
Thanks!
Thanks for sharing.. sarah here from Malaysia😊
Hi Sarah!
Is there a way to remove duplicates from 2+ similar Excel files?
