@@ericamlca Pretty much! I'm only in my first semester of my first year, but all of my professors published our assigned readings/assignments ahead of time. So if you go off of what readings are due each week, it's easy to do the work one week ahead! Serious lifesaver, all my classmates are always stressed but I can focus on bigger assignments :)
GRACE! I’ve been watching you for years and I just got into PA SCHOOL and can’t wait to rewatch when I’m going through the same stress as you through your law school journey
I freaking love that skirt you wore to your interview Grace!!! & I also love that white blazer you wore for your first day at work! I’m loving these work wear pieces girllll!!! Btw I’m getting my MBA and you keep me motivated!!
Hey! Question for your study video: How do you avoid getting overly stressed when you have scheduled out your work and then don't finish your to do list for a given day?
Thats so nice you can wear cute stuff to interviews- I’m jealous! Our school preaches full suits only so I’m currently on the hunt for a couple suits and the options are navy, black, or grey lol
Not sure if you've done this before but I would be interested in a video about how you use your planner and if you incorporate both school and work in that or if you have two different methods. Loved this vlog!
I am a 2L and love your vlogs, but I also love PEACH. I am scared of cats but she is so cute! Would love a little Peach day in the life video sometime.
LOVE HOW YOURE STEPPING UP YOUR BUSINESS CLOTHES GAME!! EXCITED FOR THAT STUDY TIPS VIDEO! ALSO how do you like IP law?? im thinking about going that direction, do you have any tips/advice on how you like that specific field??
IP is very VERY complicated and detail oriented. its a very tough class and its understandable why in order to practice IP law you have to take an additional IP specific exam. its interesting, but definitely not for me!
I got my scholarships when I applied directly from the school based on merit. I pay for my expenses from work (youtube money and jobs/internships I've had)
I am a 1L and love your videos! Finals are coming up and most of mine are open outline/notes, do you have any tips on memorizing outlines other than just reading it over?? My contracts outline is 80 pages haha so I need to memorize most of it because 2Ls and 3Ls have said the exam takes the whole time. Also, I really appreciate your tip from another video to create acronyms and will be doing that for my Torts final which is closed book! Your videos are so helpful and motivating!
I have a random question for you. What are the things on the back of your ring to make it fit you better and where did you get them. I have a ring that’s too big and I don’t know what to do!
what kind of resume format do you use? Especially interviewing with firms my assumption would be just straight up professional and plain, but i know a lot of people nowadays are going with something a little more graphic
Might be a stupid question but I’m in a totally different industry so super curious haha - why are you still interviewing after accepting a position somewhere else already? Love your vlogs!
My question is, was criminal justice a good major for you to get into law school? I’m currently a freshman in college with a CJ major and I’ve been told a lot that law school prefer people that don’t have a CJ major....
I'd talk to an academic advisor. I've never heard that. A lot of people I know were CRJ majors, as was I. most law schools don't necessarily care what your major was, rather how you did.
I’ve heard that it’s more competitive for CJ majors because law schools like a variety of undergrad majors to represent a class. So, if there are a bunch of CJ majors that apply and only one say, biochemistry major that applies, the biochem major has a better chance of getting accepted than any one CJ major does (given that they all have similar GPAs, extra curricular achievements, etc.)
You have the cutest professional style! Definitely inspiring me to update my work wardrobe.
Congrats on the new job!
Peach in the background in her box yawning 20 times while you talked about follow up emails was so funny idk why

You're my fav!! I'm in my 1L year and your tip to do your work one week ahead has been a lifesaver!!!!! 😅😅😅
I'm glad its helped you!!
Maria Riley Do all law classes in all of the 3 years show you assignments ahead of time?

😍 27 minutes!
How is this different than chegg?
Its another option, just like I use Barbri for some topics and Kaplan for other topics. Also, Bartleby allows 30 questions a month & Chegg offers 20.
When are you going to start studying for the bar exam?
end of may!
❤️❤️❤️
So was your interview for when you graduate?
yes!
How do you studying for classes you haven’t read for all semester 😅
