Extra tip: You don't need to visit other people's towns to get apples, oranges, cherries etc. Just send letters to your villagers with any fruit attached, and there's a chance you'll get a letter back with a different fruit. ^__^
Also if you are in retail and a villager is in there too and you really want them to buy something, just push them around near the item and they will eventually see it and ask you if they should buy it. This is good cuz they COULD but stuff for a big price when it's only worth like a few bells 😂

A guarantee sale for ores is to price them at 7,999 bells, while you can also bump up the price to 8,999 and 9,999, though, they won't always buy your ores form the price. They still will occasionally, though. Bonus is you're selling on every available space, because they'll hop from one expensive ore to another until they buy one... Usually on the second or third try. Basically, you can make the prices at the flee market super high as long as you take off that one extra bell. Edit: You can time travel forward on a different profile and your turnips won't spoil.
Eclipse Tora the only tools that you can not shake trees while holding are the shovel and the axe, possibly because those are the only tools that are able to break things.

He’ll ask to walk around with you to find a house then when you find a good spot talk to him. You might not be able to place your house in certain spots because they’re too close to something else. He’ll give you a preview of your house so you know wether or not you like the placement. Hope that helps. :)
Tip: If you want to unlock pwps fast, then swim to a far bottom corner of your map. (It doesn’t matter which.) Stay there for 5 minutes. Once 5 monies have passed, swim back to your town. Now, the villager chats have been reset. So there’s a good chance that a villager will give you a surprised look, and run up to you. They could request a new pwp, or something else. Bare in mind that only one villager can do this at a time, and what pwp they request depends on their personality. Hope this helps!

They're okay if you keep them under control and play alot but otherwise...THROW IT AWAY. (Edit) In my previous bamboo-towns I played mostly every day, but I couldnt be bothered to control the shoots so I ended up my town literally light green.

i’m not sure if people already knew this but if you enter a villagers house who has drawers or cupboards etc (basically anything you can open) sometimes you will find an item in there and they will let you keep it for free.

I've played Animal Crossing since the Gamecube version, but I had to skip New Leaf because I couldn't afford a DS at the time. After playing New Horizons for a while, I was actually given a DS with New Leaf and I just started playing. These tips helped a lot! Thank you!!
If you shake a tree while holding your bug net, and a bee hive drops, you can immediately press A and you'll catch the bee instead of being stung! Plus you can pick up the bee hive! Really helps to shale the tree from a 45° angle, so you can catch the bee!
Extra Tip: If you have the Club on the island, you can go online and ask them for fruit that's not native from your town. If you're lucky enough, they might even get you a shiny one, that is like winning a jackpot. (I received some randomly that weren't native to my village).
I didn't watch the full video yet but if you're new to the game and need more money try this, Instead of selling your fossils right after digging them, get them assessed in the museum and then sell them in Re-Tail. Getting them assessed raises their worth by 1000s of bells and Re-Tail gives you more money for them than Timmy and Tommy. Edit: I've been saving up tons of ores but I'm not selling them yet, I'm waiting for the sign outside of retail to change to "ores" so I get more money, that's another tip... as hard as it might be just wait for the sign to change for some extra money
i've had animal crossing since 2013 so i know but unfortunately, my brother deleted all of my process so HE could become mayor and i became extremely sad. i decided to delete HIS town and we started all over again, and we actually ended up doing a whole lot more better with the new town. we made the new town a week ago.
Here’s a tip I figured out my first time playing: to help pay off your down payment, if you have patience, plant more fruit. if not, just sell the fruit.

I always have the bugnet equipped when shaking trees, if you shake from the bottom and a bee comes out, your character will face the bee then you can mash the A button and you'll get the bee everytime. Then you can sell the bee and the hive for a lot of bells!
You can also get perfect fruit from Leify when they are trying to get all the weeds do it for him! Then he will give you a perfect fruit or a item.( Leify the person who sells gardening tools and flowers I just can't remember their name..)
I know this is old video, but I think that being lucky with turnips is my best bet on how to get rich. You need another friend on a separate device and game, and a few hours or more depending on how much you want. Thursday is usually the best day to look at sell prices, so if the prices are very high, then call your friend to skip time to Sunday to buy a bunch of turnips, travel to their town and sell those, use that profit to buy more when you go back to your town, and repeat. Use the storage in the train station for extra money bags and turnip stacks. My sister and I made about 10 million bells in a few hours. The turnips won’t spoil, even though the other town is in a different time, and even if you do it a little, you can still get lots of money. Good for paying off loans

awesome way to get bells: shake EVERY tree. and make sure you have your net in your hand when you do this. every day, there will be 5 trees infested by bees. when you shake the tree, the hive will fall and your character will turn towards it on the ground. as soon as this happens, spam the A button to swing your net at it. you will catch the bee before it stings you if you do this immediately after it falls. bees go for 3000 bells each and their hives go for 500 each. this makes for a total of 17500 bells each day from these bugs, not to mention the bells, spiders and occasional piece of furniture that drop from shaking trees. its such an easy way to make a lot of bells so think about that before you try avoiding shaking any trees.
For me the best tip is to only have beautiful town on cause you can time travel as Much as you want and your flowers won't die and you can time travel at night to get bugs then time travel to morning and sell them that is the fast way to get bells (except hacking)

True story: I woke up still incredibly drunk this morning after having quite a few glasses of wine last night, and opened my laptop to see that I had been looking at AC: New Horizons vids. (I honestly don't remember watching them, along with a longplay of Mass Effect...) After 5 minutes of lying in bed I instantly regretted selling my 3DS with AC:New Leaf years ago and went to town to buy a second hand one just to play AC: New leaf. Many hours and £110 later, I am very pleased that this purchase is going to keep me occupied on my bus journey to and from work for the foreseeable future :) I got a boxed, mint condition New 3DS with a 32gb sdcard plus charger. I should probably download Fantasy Life or Rune Factory 4 next and completely ruin my life for the next few years eh?...
my tip to avoid getting stung by bees: i’ll shake my trees in front of it, not on the sides, while holding my net and once my body turns toward to beehive i press A and catch the bee :)

Omg I was just in the boat and I had to hear the song and I finally got to the island after you said the fact about spamming b lol
awesome way to get bells: shake EVERY tree. and make sure you have your net in your hand when you do this.
every day, there will be 5 trees infested by bees. when you shake the tree, the hive will fall and your character will turn towards it on the ground. as soon as this happens, spam the A button to swing your net at it. you will catch the bee before it stings you if you do this immediately after it falls. bees go for 3000 bells each and their hives go for 500 each. this makes for a total of 17500 bells each day from these bugs, not to mention the bells, spiders and occasional piece of furniture that drop from shaking trees. its such an easy way to make a lot of bells so think about that before you try avoiding shaking any trees.

For me the best tip is to only have beautiful town on cause you can time travel as Much as you want and your flowers won't die and you can time travel at night to get bugs then time travel to morning and sell them that is the fast way to get bells (except hacking)

True story: I woke up still incredibly drunk this morning after having quite a few glasses of wine last night, and opened my laptop to see that I had been looking at AC: New Horizons vids. (I honestly don't remember watching them, along with a longplay of Mass Effect...) After 5 minutes of lying in bed I instantly regretted selling my 3DS with AC:New Leaf years ago and went to town to buy a second hand one just to play AC: New leaf. Many hours and £110 later, I am very pleased that this purchase is going to keep me occupied on my bus journey to and from work for the foreseeable future :) I got a boxed, mint condition New 3DS with a 32gb sdcard plus charger. I should probably download Fantasy Life or Rune Factory 4 next and completely ruin my life for the next few years eh?...
my tip to avoid getting stung by bees:
i’ll shake my trees in front of it, not on the sides, while holding my net and once my body turns toward to beehive i press A and catch the bee :)
