I am dying.. this vid was hillarious! Those poor pancakes!! I love that you gave it a try and kept it to foods that you enjoy usually rather than trying to going ham and going over your head complicated because its a huuuuge change. I can tell you it took me a year to really get comfortable cooking vegan. It takes alot of experimenting and you definitey have to WANT to do it..lol but love your efforts and kudos to you both!!
I don't usually comment. Whilst I understand and agree that choosing to be a vegan is often a pro animal rights decision, I also understand that a lot of decision and lifestyle choices that go against the social norm or what we are used to is a challenge. I stopped eating meat, which I love, because I do not agree and could no longer stomach eating animals which had been tortured. I also believe that Emma and Simon are pro animal rights and do not agree with the torture of animals either. I think it is commendable that Emma stepped outside of her comfort zone to try something new and alien to her. And whether intentional or not she is using her platform to raise awareness of veganism. This in itself is political. Great vlog guys!!
Really impressed to see meat-eaters do a straight hop to veganism for a week! Just some advice if you ever want to do this again, or more often, if you want to have more variation I would advise cooking more stuff from fresh as there is a surprising amount of interesting and filling meals you can make. Although the vegan protein substitutes are great, they can get boring pretty quick which is something I discovered. Easiest way to do it is to search for recipes that appeal to you before you go to the supermarket so you can get everything you need - much harder to do a spontaneous shop when you're vegan!
So we've gathered haha. Thank you for the tips, we are going to to carry on trying vegan recipes, but we're just not being strict as we have food in the cupboards left over from Christmas that needs to be eaten or it will go to waste. Planning clearly is key which is tricky for us as we lead such busy lives that often quick convenience is a must for us. Having said that I'm sure there is an adjustment period to get used to fitting this in with each individuals lifestyle ♥️
With the Chinese restaurant experience, as a vegan I like to look up the restaurants menu before hand and if nothing seems vegan friendly i’ll eat a bit before I go. You can also always ask them to modify things on the menu like ask for vegetable fried rice without egg and the only thing to be really iffy of at a Chinese restaurant is oyster sauce so I just ask for them to not put it on anything. After 4 years of living this way it gets really easy and the world is becoming more and more vegan friendly too which is great for me!
Another hilarious and entertaining vlog! You are both really natural with one another and have a very good chemistry. Fun to watch! Thanks for sharing.
I have been eating plant based for years. I don't call myself vegan because i love my bags and cashmere. I think we all have to find a balance of what works best for us. Having the experience and discovering that vegan food isn't as bad as most people expect it to be is a great start. Even if you make no changes to your diet at least you will have a better understanding of plant based eating and people.
I couldn't agree more, it was such a learning experience for me and a real eye opener as someone that was pretty stubborn with food. I agree with some of the comments with people saying these 'labels' don't help and we feel pressure to fit into one category, when it's not that simple. You have to do what works for you ♥️
I'm doing veganuary (the whole month of January) and I love it. The key thing is to be prepared in advance and do a meal plan. Me and my daughter are doing it. I cook healthy meals daily and we are choosing to have no processed foods. The deliciously Ella website has some fab recipes on it. Well done on giving it a try. X
Power to you, that's so great to hear. I agree it is down to planning which is a very big adjustment for us as we lead such busy lives sometimes the last minute fast option is what we need. We are going to continue trying vegan recipes and have yet to try some from The Deliciously Ella so we're definitely going to give some a go this week 👍🏼
Hi emma! Just a thing, plain whote flour is vegan but not gluten free! So if you don’t care about the gluten you can totally use plain flour! Love you as always
selenamarghi the internet told me it wasn’t vegan. I checked the stores list of vegan items and this flour wasn’t on the list, others were which is why I had to go and buy another one 🤷🏼♀️
I laughed so hard, I lost it with the pancakes which I too often find a challenge to make. Another great Vlog, and Simon you will have to be the official pancake chef.
Emma’s pancakes look like something I’d create. You guys are so funny and there is nothing better than watching your vlogs in the evening after a long day of work.
Former vegan here! I looked up Belbake plain flour, and found it on Lidl's list of vegan-friendly products. What I don't know is what else is in it besides wheat flour (I'm Canadian so it's not a familiar product here), but plain flour is vegan. What I also know is that many of these lists (vegan-friendly, kosher, etc) are compiled by consumers who write in to corporate, so they should always be cross-referenced with the actual product itself. No one curates these lists so there could be errors. I totally wish someone could have cooked for you! I make a mean lentil shepherd's pie (and not ironically)! I love that you guys were honest about your experience - it's not easy and takes a lot of shuffling through the crap to get to the good stuff!
You should watch What the Health and Cowspiracy, they are great eye opening documentaries, they helped me on my journey towards a more plant based diet
You nailed it in the last few seconds of the vlog, 'if we just change a FEW things' 🙂 If we ALL had a few vegan, or at the very least vegetarian, meals a week that would be a small gesture to our animal friends 👍
So happy to see you guys trying a vegan diet!! I’m a dietitian and I recommend transitioning to a more plant-based diet to my clients after reading all the data on animal products linked to cancers, heart disease, illness, etc. Props to you for making the world and yourselves a healthier place!💛
The internet told me the one I had wasn't vegan 🤷🏼♀️ I did check it on a different website but that will be annoying if it is safe, now I have lots of flour 😂
I'm unsure as to why it would say it wasn't vegan when all it is wheat flour, Credit to you for being better safe than sorry, its clear the effort both of you put in, sometimes things do just say veggie rather than vegan because of the factory. Those other flours are gluten free ones which is obviously not a vegan requirement but is healthier
Very nice try. Ive been Vegan now for several months and at first I found it very hard, just like your week, But the more I learned (by watching youtube videos) about how to cook vegan, how to get my complex plant based proteins, and how to add flavor - it became much easier. Eating out can still be a challenge though, sad to say. Fun to watch this adventure.
Applaud you both for trying! I went vegan when my husband moved me to a farm in the middle of Amish country. It’s a four-letter word out here in meat & potato land. But when I realized the cows in the pasture were animals no different than the dogs I let sleep in my bed it made no sense to love one and eat the other. I no longer wear them and try to avoid products tested on them. 10 years and counting!! Hope you continue to try! If you have Gardein over there the products are almost too realistic and Coinnessour (sp??) Veg has amazing recipes!! xo
I love that Emma wanted fake meat in the chili and that Simon's answer to what kind of hummus you had was, "Vegan." And, honey, how could even question the vegan nature of an onion?! As we say here in the South, y'all are too much! xxx
I really admire the 2 of you it’s extremely hard when you start but incorporating small things like smoothies for breakfast or snack and if you freeze them as ice cycles for snacks they are good fillers for the stomach. I like salad base meals. A good meal is spinach walnut or almond strawberry salad with the juice of 2 limes 1 teaspoon of sugar and half teaspoon of salt it’s filling
Thank you Adrian ♥️ I'm more than aware I'm probably going to get a lot of negative feedback on this video for having some negative thoughts on vegan food but as someone that lived off junk food I had to be real and this was exactly how I coped. Trying lots of these things for the first time was a case of 'oh actually, it tastes ok' or 'mmmm I don't like that' but I've still got so much that I haven't tried and so the journey will continue and that's the positive I hope people will take from this. Me, the most unlikely vegan ever, is actually going to start cutting down on meats, dairy etc and continue to try Vegan things. Even I never thought that would happen 🙊
You have to be commended the fact that you did this period with a conscious attempt to address the conversation is great. I’m not vegan but I incorporated several things into my diet because of the healthy aspect of the diet. My family has dietetics so at 30 I decided to consciously add several vegan meals to my weekly meals. I found my skin and digestive system feel better. You know lots of Indian food is vegetable base and can be good for flavorful meals. Again I love your content. You are extremely inspirational! Simon and you are so adorable together! Give him my best and the furry children a kissy
Really admire you both for trying out a vegan diet! You gave it a good go and it’s nice to see that you could substitute a lot of what you would normally eat for Vegan options. Would love to try but I definitely couldn’t give up a nice cup of tea and biscuits 😂 great biscuit stash btw lol 💕
I was vegan for years and got cancer anyway. So veganism does not prevent diseases. I eat meat, chicken and fish, not everyday but 2-3 a week and have never felt better and less tired. I was always tired and too skinny when vegan.
Frenchie I’m so sorry to hear that but I’m glad you made that comment. I completely agree with you, I unfortunately can’t eat fish as I’m intolerant but chicken I love ❤️
Thank you. If you can't eat fish, then don't. But it angers me when people claim veganism prevents diseases. It doesn't. I still got it at 34 years old. I am going it through now. I have changed my diet since. I don't eat it everyday and only organic or wild fish. Also, be on top of your breasts. If you ever feel something, go to a doctor immediately. I waited months thinking that that the lump on my breast could not be cancerous as I was so healthy and so young. Well, it was cancer . Perhaps I would not have had to go through chemo and then double mastectomy. But I am strong and positive and less hair! :) xoxo
dani ribero That is silly to say that. I was eating the right nutrients, it just doesn't prevent all diseases. My oncologist has many vegan patients. What does that say about veganism?
Emma and Simon, excellent vlog! My husband and I tried vegan foods last summer and it reminded me so much of that. We struggled as well, but we had fun trying new foods. There are a lot of substitutions for meat, chicken, eggs etc ... some better than others for sure! Thanks for sharing, thoroughly enjoyed! Also love the New vintage bag, well done Simon!! We live in Canada but we are coming to London late April ... told hubby it's time for me to have a fancy bag too! 😉❤
Oh yes definitely, they will be much cheaper over here than in Canada too 👍🏼 Agreed on the food front, lots of people said the Linda McCartney stuff was really good but I wasn't sold and I thought it was very overpriced 🙃
some milk recommendations for you in case you are interested: Alpro "Almond Vanilla" and "roasted almond" - mix them together :) it tastes lovely in coffee and over cereal. a really simple vegan food would be stuffed tortillas with avocado, sweet potato, black beans (season with taco spices), vegan sour cream and lime! hope it helps
Great vlog. I did a vegan week last May and really enjoyed it. My husband was converted too as loved all the variety of salads I made. I definitely had more energy which felt great. We are now flexitariane as love cheese and bacon, but prefer beans as a base for chilli and veggie burgers instead of regular burgers. Ethically I struggled as love my leather handbags and couldn't give up that aspect too....but love the lifestyle of vegans and vegetarians. Brighton has some good restaurants.
Yep the handbags and shoes would be very difficult for me too but I'm hoping that every little helps and even if we cut out some meat that we used to eat, and eat more veggies then that's got to be better than before. We loved all the veggie burgers, they're so good 🙌🏼
Morning guys! You are both so funny 😂Fair play trying the vegan diet 🌱 I am always in awe of people who give up things like alcohol, meat etc in January because January is such a horrible month 😩It’s 5 weeks long and the weather is usually awful. I think we should be nicer to ourselves in January and go skiing or somewhere hot and buy lots of bits in the sales with our Xmas money and start as we mean to go on in Feb ☺️ (spring cleaning, wardrobe clear-out.....) Hats off to you both and thanks for opening up your lives to us. ❤️🇮🇪
Thank you Michele! Yeh Simon is doing dry January as well. I don't drink so I don't really think it's a big deal 🙊 as I'm dry all year round haha but combined with the diet change for the last week he's been a real trooper. The best part is he's really enjoying it 🙌🏼
Well, it’s clearly a topic people are passionate about which I totally understand. However I think you made it clear in the description box what the vlog was about, and it was an honest insight into your experiences going into it with an open mind. I think it’s great that you tried it and it was interesting to see what worked and what didn’t and what you would take from it going forward. My Mum is vegetarian and is always going on about those Linda McCartney sausages, they certainly seem to have a hardcore following 😂. Anyway enjoyable vlog as always! X
You need to try the Oatly Barista for your tea or coffee! It's SO good and totally different from Oatly's normal oat milk. My boyfriend prefers it to normal milk in his coffee and he's not even vegetarian. You can also foam it if you want to make a latte! x
Was so shocked to see this title! I think it's totally awesome you gave it a go, especially as a fussy eater. It's definitely a learning curve and I've been vegan for a few years so I think I take for granted how difficult it was in the beginning but the fact you're incorporating a few things is great. Also, to everyone saying they're hungry, eat more! haha, plant foods have less calories than animal products.
Thank you ❤️ I do sympathise with those people though. I felt hungry even though I was eating for most of the day and I also didn't feel like I had as much energy x
Yeah i totally understand them too, when I first started I was constantly hungry and tired as well, turned out I was eating about half of what I used to calorie wise. Took a while but eventually got used to eating bigger meals. Also, had a little fan girl when you replied, I love all your videos and I think you and Simon have the funniest banter, keep up the good work!
Well done to you both for trying Vegan, I can imagine it could be quite difficult and you would need to plan in advance etc. I think it’s s good thing you highlighted the real side of being vegan as it’s not all glamorous as portrayed on Instagram etc xx
What I really appreciated about this vlog is that you still cooked "normal" meals like spaghetti Bolognese and pancakes etc. So many people assume cutting out meat/animal products means eating only salads or a plate of vegetables but you don't need meat to make a meal, it can just complement it. Great job, lovely to see you taking a chance with it!! 😁😁
The veggie burger at McDonald’s without mayo is vegan 😊 Violife Original flavour cheese sold in Sainsbury’s tastes like Edam! Also Sainsbury’s own make apple pie is vegan 😘
Fear not, Birds custard powder is vegan :) just mix it with unsweetened almond milk. I saw on your latest video you had KFC, the Quorn Spicy Vegan chicken burgers taste just like a KFC twister in a wrap!! I loveeeeeee beige food so I know all the unhealthy vegan choices!
I'm a bit late watching and commenting here, but just had to come and say that there actually is a vegan McDonald's! At least we do here in Finland. Haven't tried it though but it's a vegan burger called McVegan :)
Thank you Adele! If you're a vegan (assuming you are from that message) then we have massive respect for you 🙌🏼 We always knew if would be quite a big change for us, me in particular, and nothing happens overnight but we are definitely going to carry on trying more vegan recipes and restaurants ♥️
So nice you guys are keeping an open mind and giving it a go! Your first shop is always the hardest, i remember i literally didnt know what meals to make hahah but it gets soooo easy, and cheap! :)) x
Thank you Nanette! Sorry there wasn't that much of them in today's blog but they were a little out of sorts because of their anaesthetics so I just wanted to let them rest ❤️
Good for you guys to try something new! I could never commit to that way of eating either on a daily basis but if thats what works for others then go for it. I had this impression of "vegans" that it was a hoity toity thing, a joke I've heard is "how can you spot a vegan at a party, don't worry, they'll tell you" lol but a friend of mine turned vegan for a medical issue she was having and this diet made a world of difference to her so my impression changed after I talked to her.... Loved the video-looking forward to more Zara hauls from you!! Jenn xo
We did get chocolate almond milk and simon was having that in his coffee, as there was only 1 coffee pod we had that was vegan and it was pretty strong coffee so he needed a kick of chocolate in there haha I will definitely try it on oats though! I was just having a glass of it on it's own like a chocolate milkshake 🙊
We actually say ‘Kung paw’ here in America. Not sure if ‘Kung po’ is the British way lol pancake disaster hit close to home as well 😂 Simon adding you were giving the pancakes a wash was hilarious! (try this meatless meatballs by a brand called ‘gardein’. It’s super delicious with pasta sauce. Also , soups, smoothies, stews, roasted veggies would have been good too)
Kudos for completing your vegan week! Never considered going vegan, but now I'm tempted to give it a go! For me, being a part-time vegetarian (and organic meat eater) is quite easy and doesn't require much effort really - I've just never wanted to go vegan because I don't want to be overthinking my diet. Personally I've obsessed over food (or, rather, not eating, yikes!) when I was younger and that's just something I never want to experience again..😶 Sorry to be rambling on - love your new piercings 😍 and Simon's narrating 😅! 😘😘😘
I would definitely recommend trying it, just a week as a tester. I don't really eat a lot of red meat, I can't stand steak, for me it was just the chicken ( I love all chicken) and cheese/dairy etc. that were the 'struggles'. But if I can do it, the most unlikely vegan eater ever, then anyone can 👍🏼
You guys are hilarious! I really liked that you gave the vegan 'diet' a go. Since the first of January, I've been trying to be a vegetarian, but only during the weekdays. Like you said; baby steps! ;-)
You could always try eating like 3 veggie meals a week?? The more you get into it the easier it is, and it’s super yummy 😊 you do you though, I’m all for everyone having their own diets!
Hi Emma Well done both of you, I wouldn't mind trying vegan for a week but the hubby would have a break down if he did not have meat. Glad the boys and girls are ok after their vet visits. See you Sunday Ria xx
Clothing wise, I am vegan, so I won't purchase any NEW products that contain animal ingredients or skins. However, I still purchase leather on the secondary market. The damage has already been done and it's off the supply chain. It's hard because a lot of vegan "leather" is made of materials that are horrible for the environment (aka pvc). If you're interested in a beautiful vegan leather handbag, check out Angela Roi www.angelaroi.com/collections/all
Well done for giving it a go! I eat plant based about 50% of the time and I want to up that to 80% of the time. However, I think restricting yourself when eating out or ordering a takeaway is a miserable way to live. Also, I know I can never replace a burger or a fry up, so I’d never try. If people want to live a vegan lifestyle, that’s up to them, but it’s about doing what suits you. I’d love more people to reduce their meat and dairy intake, but it’s not necessary to do it 100% of the time, for sure! I really enjoy Deliciously Ella’s recipes if you’re looking to try incorporating more plant based recipes into your diet 🌱 Also, poor fur babies! My little Hector has to have his teeth cleaned too and it really knocks them about doesn’t it! x
warpaint by BLYE I am so on your page 🙌🏼 I think it is about what makes you happy and what suits the individual. The Chinese night for me just made me feel super shit and I wouldn’t want that experience again because I was pretty crappy company 😂 sat in a hump because of food fomo 🙊 Definitely going to try some of her recipes going forward, there’s still so much we haven’t tried and I’m looking forward to it, I’m also looking forward to a Sunday roast 🙊❤️
Oz Yalcin there are detailed pictures over on my blog in my outfit pictures 👍🏼 See this post ejstyle.co.uk/2018/01/where-to-buy-vintage-chanel.html/ or this one ejstyle.co.uk/2018/01/sneaker-diaries-leather-converse.html/ also you can see them in this vlog better when watching on a larger screen, bigger than a phone 👍🏼💋
Can I just say I am so grateful to you guys for trying a vegan diet in such a fun, vulnerable, and respectful way. You guys totally rock.
I am dying.. this vid was hillarious! Those poor pancakes!!
I love that you gave it a try and kept it to foods that you enjoy usually rather than trying to going ham and going over your head complicated because its a huuuuge change. THE PANCAKES! 😂😂😂😂😂😂
I almost cried of laughter! 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
well done Simon.. saving breakfast like a pro 😃👍
I must say this is one of the funniest vlogs I’ve seen, you guys are so funny 😂 love this couple.

Lost my shit when Simon says “look at those juices coming out these burgers” 😂
Another hilarious and entertaining vlog! You are both really natural with one another and have a very good chemistry. Fun to watch! Thanks for sharing.
“Gorillas in the Mist” down in the kitchen! Good one, Simon! 😂 Thanks guys for another great video...you all are my favs! ❤️❤️❤️
I seriously could watch your babies all day! There adorable and they make me smile every time there on video!!!😊
Loved this video. You guys are so funny. The cooking segments were hilarious 😂. Good for you guys for trying something new

Oh dear... the part of Emma doing pancakes was just amazing... ❤️LOL 😂
I laughed so hard, I lost it with the pancakes which I too often find a challenge to make. Another great Vlog, and Simon you will have to be the official pancake chef.

Funny vlog some serious cooking skills going on there 😂 oooh and loooovvvveee the Chanel ♥️♥️
I was actually crying I was laughing so much at the pancakes! You two are the funniest pair.
You nailed it in the last few seconds of the vlog, 'if we just change a FEW things' 🙂
If we ALL had a few vegan, or at the very least vegetarian, meals a week that would be a small gesture to our animal friends 👍
You have the best humor! I love watching your videos!

Thanks Grace. We didn't eat the healthiest options but we were just easing into it, we're definitely going to keep trying lots more ☺️
Plain flour is vegan btw, those other ones are just healthier versions
The internet told me the one I had wasn't vegan 🤷🏼♀️ I did check it on a different website but that will be annoying if it is safe, now I have lots of flour 😂

The flour was vegan, but the recipe was for vegan AND gluten-free, therefore you had to look for another one.
I was gonna ask, in what world is there vegan flour and vegan rice 😂

I loved this Vlog! Especially how genuine you were when you were disappointed- Clearly shows how amazing you are - Keep smiling ❤️
Baby steps on cutting out animal products is great. Every little bit helps out the environment, animals, etc.
oh my gosh, those pancakes. Made me almost spit out my water. You guys are so funny.
Buy almond milk barista blend - it's made for coffees/hot drinks so it doesn't curdle. It's a game changer!
As a vegetarian for nearly 10 years now, I was so excited for this vlog! Yay! x
Hahaha love your enthusiasm in the morning after breakfast😂🙈 so funny!

This blog was brilliant! So funny with the pancakes -I’ve done exactly the same and filled kitchen with smoke! Xx
:) xoxo
then you were doing it wrong
dani ribero That is silly to say that. I was eating the right nutrients, it just doesn't prevent all diseases. My oncologist has many vegan patients. What does that say about veganism?
Frenchie Poo it’s not a cure for all diseases haha, and it’s also not just about health. the animals and the planet are bigger factors
Oooo that sounds great thank you for the tips! x
The best part is he's really enjoying it 🙌🏼
'In the mean time, the oven is preheated to 1000 degrees'. Thanks to Simon, thats quote of my day.
Love the video especially the cooking parts!!! You make my day!!!!!💖
You guys are hilarious!!! Loved this video!!! Love the new Chanel bag!!! Beautiful ! Simon has great taste!!!!
You guys made me laugh..... 😍Simon :"juicy burger😂😂"
haha a hardcore following indeed 🙊 Thank you and so glad you enjoyed it xxx
busted out laughing at the pancake try. OMG. I'm dying.
Simon: "FISHLESS fishfinger sandwich" bahahaa well done guys, you did so well x
You need to try the Oatly Barista for your tea or coffee! It's SO good and totally different from Oatly's normal oat milk. My boyfriend prefers it to normal milk in his coffee and he's not even vegetarian. You can also foam it if you want to make a latte! x
Ahhhh very interesting thank you! I will see if I can hunt that out as we have a milk frother so that would be perfect! x
Tesco have really good vegan options in the freezer section! I'm obsessed with the sweet potato falafel & the onion bhaji burger 😋
We did have to hit up Tesco for our vegan cheese 🙌🏼
Emma Hill haha yaas, their grated mozzarella is pretty good 😋
LOVE. YOU. GUYS!!!!!! 😂 dying the whole time hahah
This was definitely real 🙊
What I really appreciated about this vlog is that you still cooked "normal" meals like spaghetti Bolognese and pancakes etc. So many people assume cutting out meat/animal products means eating only salads or a plate of vegetables but you don't need meat to make a meal, it can just complement it.
Great job, lovely to see you taking a chance with it!! 😁😁
Yeh I can't eat all these fancy dishes, Simon says I have a 5 year olds tastebuds so I'm keeping it real with my spag bol 😂♥️
Fries with ketchup is vegan. #healthyvegan
The veggie burger at McDonald’s without mayo is vegan 😊 Violife Original flavour cheese sold in Sainsbury’s tastes like Edam! Also Sainsbury’s own make apple pie is vegan 😘
Katie Amer I LIVE for apple pie 🥧🙌🏼 I will just pray for a vegan custard to exist because I can’t have apple pie without custard 🤤
Fear not, Birds custard powder is vegan :) just mix it with unsweetened almond milk. I saw on your latest video you had KFC, the Quorn Spicy Vegan chicken burgers taste just like a KFC twister in a wrap!! I loveeeeeee beige food so I know all the unhealthy vegan choices!
you and your husband absolutely crack me up with the vegan cooking haha!!
Just love you two! Well done for the vegan week!! 🙌🏻😘❤️xxx
I love your videos and style and you have inspired me to try new styles!! thanks for making such great videos:)
Very funny pancake making. I would just let Simon do the cooking. Did look like something that the dogs had left. LOL!
Love the grocery haul , actually anything food related is welcomed by me lol
laughing so hard (at pancake bit) I fell off my chair! :-D
Foodie videos are my favourite to film and watch!!! I love 'what I eat in a week' type videos xx
The pancakes! I'm glad I'm not the only one who has these experiences
I'm a bit late watching and commenting here, but just had to come and say that there actually is a vegan McDonald's! At least we do here in Finland. Haven't tried it though but it's a vegan burger called McVegan :)
Essi yep it just launched a few days after we put up this vlog. We’ve not tried it yet either but I recon they heard our cry for help 😂
So cool that you actually pulled through! Loved the video, you two were hilarious as always!
I am proud of you both for having a go try and do odd day a week and even cutting down on your meat content is step in right direction love you guys
Inês Castro thank you, I appreciate that you recognised the positives from this ❤️
I am loving your vlogs. Especially when those fur babies make an appearance and that Simone is HILARIOUS!!!...
Jenn xo
You will love the chocolate almond mill with oats I'm not vegan but my brother and myself are a bit sensitive to dairy.
We did get chocolate almond milk and simon was having that in his coffee, as there was only 1 coffee pod we had that was vegan and it was pretty strong coffee so he needed a kick of chocolate in there haha
I will definitely try it on oats though! I was just having a glass of it on it's own like a chocolate milkshake 🙊
Fav couple on youtube!! :D
Frilly fings... you guys make me laugh!!!😂
Also , soups, smoothies, stews, roasted veggies would have been good too)
Thank you 😘 maybe it is a British thing, I got it wrong either way 🤦🏼♀️
Where did Simon buy the vintage Chanel from?
The Amazon Dream there’s a whole video on it 👍🏼 The buying a bag on Vestiaire video 👍🏼
Love your vlogs! You guys are awesome 💕
LOL!! You guys making pancakes!!! Hilarious 😂
This is by far the funniest blog 😂
Love your vlogs! You two make the cutest couple!❤️
But if I can do it, the most unlikely vegan eater ever, then anyone can 👍🏼
the only vlogs where I actually laugh out loud :D loved it!
You guys are hilarious! I really liked that you gave the vegan 'diet' a go. Since the first of January, I've been trying to be a vegetarian, but only during the weekdays. Like you said; baby steps! ;-)
You can blend oats with bananas and a splash of milk of choice for unprocessed vegan and healthy pancakes
I daren't try pancakes again to be honest. That whole episode scarred me for life 😂
Those pancakes made my morning. Haha
Literally crying of laughter over the pancakes!!!!!!
Mine were pan-turds 😂
A good trick for pancakes is getting porridge and putting it in the mixer until its like flour. I do it all the time for the children.
The website I got the recipe from also recommended that but I had run out of porridge 🤦🏼♀️
You could always try eating like 3 veggie meals a week?? The more you get into it the easier it is, and it’s super yummy 😊 you do you though, I’m all for everyone having their own diets!
I also love your green sweater!!
Hi Emma
Well done both of you, I wouldn't mind trying vegan for a week but the hubby would have a break down if he did not have meat.
Glad the boys and girls are ok after their vet visits.
See you Sunday
Ria xx
Thanks Ria! x
If you're interested in a beautiful vegan leather handbag, check out Angela Roi www.angelaroi.com/collections/all
thank you I really appreciate that. I'm just very into my designer names and couldn't give them up or stop buying them 🙈 But everyone's different x
oh yes i love designer bags too! keep on doing you.
The look of Emma’s vegan pancakes are killing me.😳
Well done for giving it a go!
The Chinese night for me just made me feel super shit and I wouldn’t want that experience again because I was pretty crappy company 😂 sat in a hump because of food fomo 🙊
Definitely going to try some of her recipes going forward, there’s still so much we haven’t tried and I’m looking forward to it, I’m also looking forward to a Sunday roast 🙊❤️
OMG those pancakes 🤣🤣🤣. You guys are so funny. Tfs😍
Piercings amazing. Can you please show them in detail?
Oz Yalcin there are detailed pictures over on my blog in my outfit pictures 👍🏼 See this post ejstyle.co.uk/2018/01/where-to-buy-vintage-chanel.html/ or this one ejstyle.co.uk/2018/01/sneaker-diaries-leather-converse.html/ also you can see them in this vlog better when watching on a larger screen, bigger than a phone 👍🏼💋
