The Ironman Challenge is an event where. motorcycle riders and car drivers are tasked to. complete a prescribed route of at least 1,200 kilometers. within 24 hours of their flag off time
The acronym "BOSS" actually stands for BMW Owners Society of Saferiders. Event organizers insist that the BOSS Ironman is not a race, but an endurance run wherein participants must finish the 1,200km run on the so-called Northern Luzon loop within 24 hours. That would mean an average speed of 65kph.
But...this year 2024 BOSS Ironman gave a chance in Mindanao where start at General Santos and Finish in Gensan. There are 7 check point.
