This its not true, The battery is on pararell connection you dont touch the other side of the battery, for this test you need cut all connection and try one to one for see the voltage.

Except my hoverboard is much smaller inside with a smaller 10 cell 18650 battery pack. This thing has 20 cells, it's not going to fit 😔
