In the previous version, was possible to see IA driving the trains through the map, even be a passenger for it, metro and the freight line. Is this still possible on ths one?
Without 100% certainty id go research the FiveM singleplayer sessions as I imagine you can probably run this script in one (again i amnt familiar enough to know for certain, i know only that there is a singleplayer option)

Can I do this in singleplayer or does it have to be online? I would like a world by myself for my son to play around with the trains.

It's fivem. So if you are running fivem it will work.
Does this allow me to assemble trains, choosing and loading the cars, or are they AI assembled?
The latest version does, yes
@@BigDaddyScripts what about switches for the tracks, have you gotten that far yet?
@DavidMcCoyII there's not really tracks to switch to and no mechanism in the game to allow it
