I've been a longtime watcher of AfricanSnowball and I would just like to say that him as Carter doesn't immediately go for cuffs or tazers. Look at any of his interactions, unless the criminal posed an immediate threat, he has always gone for the foot chases before resorting to preventitive measures. The more you know. Please don't compare a good cop like Carter to other shitty ones.

@@CircaMoon I'm not talking about Ramee, Carter had Francis multiple times and he generally doesn't go easy on anyone, but he definitely went easy on Koil, other cops were playing things a bit looser than I usually see out of them. Also I tend to see the PD call Air-1 to scan the area with infrareds the second they lose someone in a foot pursuit, they didn't do that here. Koil himself has already admitted that he knows the PD go easier on him than they do others.
