I was going to ask about how you stretch your hair my curls are tight I have not strengthen my hair since February of 2019 I love when it is stretched like your but by that time it’s time to wash because it’s 9 days old and to much product build up
I developed a sensitivity to biotin as well. I think the biotin supplement I was taking was too high of a dosage. Now the slightest amount even in a multi vitamin causes breakouts of black patches all over.
Hey! So I like to mix complimentary scents. I normally mix a cheaper scent (Zara, Bershka, with a more expensive scent). Brittany (pocketsandbows on YT is a great source for layers

I get those same bumps from anything with salicylic acid in it.. really fine and mine would itch until they eventually peel

Biotin tablets break me out too. Now I use liquid biotin and it works great! Not one breakout 🙌🏽
